@@tornagawn you know I thought similar, being originally also from a similar neighbourhood to AB. I can guarantee we'd be on the pavement face down while being batoned by 10-15 officers then chucked in the back of a van to be in custody for some arbitrary period, and then charged with something along the lines of 'insulting the nation' and given a custodial sentence. Having said that, it's really healthy that this interaction can take place the way it does here, so it is something to be treasured. A lot of people miss this. Hopefully it will also trickle down to those other places.
If asked politely who you are, it is only polite to reply accordingly - no one gets upset and all is fine in the world. What people forget is that virtually everyone (well, respectable people) has a very good form of ID on them and most of us are being tracked due to our mobile phones (these have cleared people of crimes as often as they have proved them guilty!).
@@JOEJHN You are missing the point. "Arguing that you don't care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don't care about free speech because you have nothing to say." (Edward Snowden, Wikipedia)
I hate it when police always say “We have people going in and out of this building” as if that is a reason to stop filming. The same thing can be said for every building!
@@XAVR_ come to Scotland. All Police Stations are locked and tge Public who pay for them denied access. In stead they have talk over a phone to a call handler who usually has no idea of the area you are talking about , talks to you in a condescending manner as if you are an inconvenience/piece of shit on their shoes and is more interested in ticking boxes on their computers than allowing you the one thing you are looking for access to an actual Police Officer .
Watching audits, I feel more educated about my rights and (disappointingly) I feel increasingly critical of UK Police personnel. This was a very good illustration of AB tact and knowledge of UK law. Bravo!
What if it was a terrorist planning an attack? He would have basically gotten away with it. So yes just let anyone film then complain every time they get into trouble.
@@WillHoward2002 None of the recent terrorist attacks in this country - all against civilians, incidentally, not including Lee Rigby - have not involved pre-planning that involved filming a police station.
There are hundreds of thousands of people filming everything around them everyday worldwide and none of us know any of their intentions. Should we ban cameras worldwide and stay safe ?
@@WillHoward2002 Firstly you don’t need a camera. And if the building was that important they’d be a wall around it. Secondly, when was the last time a police station was attacked? You’re more likely to die in police custody
AB, your gonna kill me!! I could not stop laughing when I saw the Santa ID. Well done to AB Junior, this is brilliant!!! I just cannot wait for you to use it with the police!!! Excellent video as usual.
@@oneball783 exactly. I totally understand not wanting to embarrass your colleague there and then, but a quick word in their ear later on or in their next supervision meeting could make the world of difference and display good governance on the supervisor's part.
Idk how to put this Eloquently, you are my UK hero. I’ve learnt so much on this channel. Your the voice of the oppressed. It just takes one officer to answer a 999 call to tell my neighbour to put down the music after the legal time but instead they rejected the call and instead, entertain you teaching them. Thank you for exposing UK police.
That police officer is having trouble understanding why AB isn’t scared of her and why he sticks up for his rights rather than believe the utter rubbish she says.
“It’s a police building. We do have people going in and out.” And this, of course, is how we recognize it as a police building. Because other buildings have people going in OR going out, but not both…
Ask me about Police in Southend. The BTP station is so close to where I live that if I had a powerful catapult I could hit their cars. I literally live like 300 yards away from there
@Have a nice day Walking around with a camera is legal, he does not have to answer questions or help the police with their investigations. The job of the police is to enforce the law, since no laws are being broken, there is nothing to investigate. Any response by the police beyond "Good afternoon" and "Have a nice day" is almost certainly unlawful. Recording the police breaking the law is what the auditor does.
"We will put in an intel report from our end...." We saw a man. He had a camera. He was recording the police station. He was medium height. He was medium build. I don't think he should be allowed. He wouldn't tell us who he was. He wouldn't tell us how old he is. He wouldn't tell us where he lives. He wouldn't tell us why he was there. Great intel Sarge!
Gold! It’s amazing how many police don’t know the laws.. what do they study before they are allowed to work? Just the basic things would be a good start…
They have a one track mindset. Get ID, manufacture consent to contract for their services using dog latin. May include loss of liberty and sore wrists from cuffs. ;)
9:12- AB- "Law abiding citizens have no obligation to id." This is a well-worded and accurate phrase that no auditor has ever spoken because it properly clarifies for viewers their rights.
I was once asked by a plod for my identification. I replied that she was asking me to break the law, because the law says that I do not have to give you my details. This shut her fat face.
What a classic AB&Little AB,I luv it wen u come up with the I.D I never kno wat ur gonna giv em,haha, brilliant work as always mate, stay safe on them streets my friend.😎
AB is so skilled at dealing with these kind of interactions. He needs to expose the Police who treat people like they are worthless, seen it with my own eyes, in some cases if Police see someone as weak they bully them. This is why I applaud AB for what he does.
AB is very rude to people who approach him politely and enquire what he is doing, just as any decent citizen might do if they saw someone acting suspiciously (particularly in these times of terrorism, looney activism and organised crime intimidating police officers). As always, the innocent have nothing to fear.
@@rogersmith8339 "innocent have nothing to fear" wow one of the most ridiculously delusional statements there are... 🤔🤦♂️ you must've been under influence while writing that or... you're just that oblivious to reality...🤷🏻♂️
I just love AB, You ARE the man. it didnt take Dumb & Dumber long to do the drive of shame, but to be honest they weren't too bad, just a bit slow on the uptake, and the Sergeant was Bob on. Keep em coming bro. Be Safe.
These two just claimed the record for having the biggest sense of entitlement ever. One thinks she has the divine right to tell people to not film in public & the other thinks she doesn't need any grounds to detain someone. No wonder the Sgt looked like he had a hard paper round. 🤣
It never ceases to amaze me that the Police behave in such a way that they think they have ultimate control over people just because someone has a camera.
With these two it appears to be a lesson in how to go about everything in the wrong way. To which they succeeded with flying colours. The first one did not want to back down and the second one was intent on trying to get you for something. Without your camera I dread to think what these two would be potentially capable of IMO. While tattoos are a personal choice, it is becoming more apparent to me as I watch these videos that tattoos in particular sleeves are becoming more part of the police 'uniform.' love the ID at the end. My mum had a 'Back Seat Drivers' licence.
@@yamahappy1730 It's in their dress code that they should cover up offensive tattoos, and I find tattoos on women offensive, and that includes lesbians.
It used to be that no cop could have tattoos showing to the public at any time and be covered up with long shirts or tunics. These days they are allowed to be as scruffy as hell and senior cops don’t care about standards anymore.
Absolute disgrace letting that girl loose on the public, with that stupid tattoo on her arm - disgusting example, I would ignore her. Just shows the intelligence of the upper graded staff who sanction this type of behaviour.
State of her..... Thinks she's the strong arm of the law with her shit tat. Bet she arm wrestles all the junkies down the local boozer every Friday night
There was a bloke who advises the gov on LBC this morning. He has suggested that every officer has to be assesed every 5 years to ensure that they are fit to stay in the job. As long as an outside agency do it it could work. I also think that the gov should employ some sort of mystery shoppers to asses the police and how polite they are. The shopper would film them - one muck up and its the sack for plod
Every 5 years! Those two would need retraining after every 5 minutes. Good job thet were near "home" and their dad was there to get them out of trouble. Basic training! What do they learn? Not much that's for sure. British Tatoo Police!
I'm a car salesman and we get mystery shopped every quarter, so it baffles me that the police aren't scrutinised under a similar principle. Their public image would improve massively if they were.
Great idea, they need to be mystery shopped. Major supermarket employees can find themselves mystery shopped any time, I used to be one when I was very young. We used to get rigorous training to ensure we knew what we were doing and how to react to people spending their hard earned money in our store, if we failed we were named and shamed, yet these muppets who have a much more responsibilities don’t get mystery shopped. It defies belief 🤦🏻♀️
It would never happen because this is how your government want you to be policed today, if they didn't want it they would change it overnight, but they don't. They tell you to vote for change, but if voting actually changed anything it would be illegal.
I have come to firmly believe that it is a major requirement to join any police force in the country that one is arsehole ignorant, thicko stupid is another closely followed by great big helpings of arrogance, convincingly shown by these two prime examples we see here. Well done AB, up to your usual high standard and as usual you have managed to expose yet another bunch of Plod for all that I have listed above in one 10 minute episode, great work.
The system is churning out more and more of these ignorant dunces ..giving them a florescent vest and telling them to wander about town wasting millions of tax payers money, maybe annoying the odd auditor or kicking a homeless person when nobody is about
These days it is almost impossible to get police assistance when you need them, but put a camera on a police building and suddenly you have scores of cops surrounding you. As if they are exempt from being filmed. And officer safety is nothing more than cowardice. If I remember correctly, the last time an actual police station was attacked it was in the mid 90's in Northern Ireland.
I was in Rosslea police station Co. Fermanagh, October 2003, the Real IRA, parked a car loaded with 600lbs of high explosives. They then ran away. Next morning a Controlled explosion was carried out on the car. Suppose that counts as an attack lol. Or at least an attempt. That's the last one I recall.
You: "Officer there's an old lady getting mugged by 4 yoots" Filth: "Ok well we will be there at some point this week, hopefully" You: "It's ok im filming it for evidence" 14 police cars, 2 helicopters and then entire Met police force foot patrol turn up and start asking YOU questions about what you have a camera. Filth today are far more likely to attend about what goes on social media and whether someone called John "JOHN" instead of finding out that he's identifying as a satsuma that day and now his/her/its/woof feelings are butthurt.
The POLICE officers are and have been indoctrinated to be paranoid -- POLICE are paramilitary and have been trained to follow orders like g.ood dogs - and not think too much for them-self. In fact, the foreign ELite BANKERS refer to them as 'our dogs' Have you noticed that - much like the quadra-ped variety of dogs - they enjoy chasing cars - and congregate around each other - running around in circles smelling each other butt - and they bark just as much at nothing. Only the truly - very few smart ones can actually be taught anything.
I photographed a petrol junior quad bike being used on the pavement and on the road, he broke numerous laws including allowing a child under the age of 11 riding on farm machinery. The guy's wife then tried to rip my camera from my hand while the guy came up behind me put me in a neck lock choke hold and dropped me head first onto the rough concrete pavement, my back was injured for months, my camcorder was smashed. There was insufficient evidence for the police to make any charges. The police didn't bother coming to see me for a month, their main concern was whether the quad bike was blue or blue and white. The police are against public photography.
Brilliant. I especially loved the moment the sergeant took the ID (litter) of you, that moment he became responsible for it because he took it off you. I seem to remember a law that if you pick up rubbish, your responsible for it, so he couldn't drop it or his officers would have had to take action like they implied to you. And if he had not come out, you can be sure they were going down the search path with you.
@@jimmy2minutes Prints of that? It looked well weathered and covered in dirt, previous prints, ABs and the coppers own prints would make it impossible to get prints of it!
AB should of told him there is a bin over there, use it. Very funny audit. They don’t like it when you are as awkward and as vague as they are. Play them at their own game
2:10 No, she is not allowed to turn on her camera because she is having a conversation with AB. Ordinary conversations with members of the public must not be recorded. Police should only use their BWV to record evidence, so only if she was investigating a crime or at some scene where evidence would be required is she required to turn it on at her discretion. As it is, she is recording evidence of her own misdeeds.
And AGAIN, it's all about feelings and their concern has no base in law. They think that because of their security they can bother everyone on the street with a camera. Their safety is not important, it's our safety that's important and we the people didn't sign up to get in harms way and these coppers did. Respect for the way you handled that situation.
Since when did police departments hire people with tattoos on 🤔 it used to be those are signs that a person just got out of prison & were automatically disqualified from getting hired.
This is the same BTP who failed to stop the Manchester Arena bomber even when a member of the public pointed the suspect out to them. Those two were completely out of their depth, and considering using section 1 of PACE, what a silly girl, especially trying to use whispered shorthand code from the gobby one to the tattooed officer, "Section 1"? But AB called them out.......😂😂😂
Nice video AB, it's such a shame how police are willing to treat the public, especially if you have no idea of your rights. Treading roughshod all over you with the tone that you are doing something illegal and they can talk to you like you're guilty. They love to use word trickery in the hope that you inform on yourself and don't seem so happy when you give them a taste of their own medicine challenging their questions because you know your rights. Great work AB, keep them coming 👍
Hey AB. whilst you are under no obligation to answer any of the following questions, I would sincerely appreciate an honest response. 1. In which country were you born? 2. What is your residence status in the uk? 3. Are you employed in a job in the conventional sense of the phrase? (ie not as a blogger etc but working for a wage,) 4. Assuming (yeah, an assumption, but I cannot place your accent in any region of the UK) you behaved in this manner in your country of origin, what would be the expected outcome?
i really cant imagine the friends partners, children, parents, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, and everyone who knows these people, what they think when they see behaviour like this. I cant imagine how they face their kids and answer them honestly when they have seen mummy/daddy acting like that? or their parents asking them "what the heck was all that for? would you treat us the same outside?" unbelievable.
They just don’t get it do they? You can see their small brains ticking over looking for the next course of action to get you on, they really are a devious childish bunch, the job attracts a certain type of person. Your interaction with them is absolutely amazing AB.
The absolute state of her! Seriously!! If the Police want to even begin to get some respect off the public then they should make it mandatory again (like it used to be) that tattoos are covered up whilst on duty. It shouldn't even really need explaining as to why they should be hidden from view!
You really make me laugh in times when I really don't feel like laughing. Please keep your videos coming my friend and may you have health, wealth and happiness 😊
