There hasn't been enough genetic isolation to produce separate and distinct races of our species. Secondly, "black" people don't have an extra muscle or an extra muscle group. Thirdly, having a higher percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers isn't the same as having an extra muscle. Lastly, all "black" populations don't have a higher percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers. It's mainly just some West African populations and descendants from those populations. How many Kenyans have you seen in world 100 m finals? Semis? Prelims?
