Why would someone get upset at the added commentary? Isn't the whole point of watching to see a new perspective on what is being watched? If you don't want commentary, then just watch the original video.

(Not So) Fun fact! at some point when he and shannan were arguing over separating and his infidelity, she said he'd never see the kids again. some have suggested that this is part of what inspired him to kill his daughters.

43:44 By the way, as for the phone thing…while they might need a warrant. It’s possible for them to essentially retain the device (I’m English so my American law is not perfect so I cannot think of the word…possibly they’d have subpoenaed (maybe) the phone to prevent what they believe to be the valid threat of evidence being tampered with or destroyed. As far as I understand US Federal law, if they really think it’s a certain person they’d likely choose to arrest them immediately to get the phone…but it’s also likely that they’d simply say “you don’t mind if we just look at the phone…it’ll take a few hours” and then if you refuse they’ll probably detain you, possibly arrest you; but there’s also the possibility that they could take 1 single inconsistency / lie and if they really wanted to they could arrest you for interfering with a federal investigation. Long story short…don’t commit them, but also don’t write down your crimes, don’t use them to further a crime…even the absence of your phone can itself be used against you because if it’s unusual that looks suspicious and it still places you in 2 places at 2 times. If you think you can lie about those two places, now you have to incorporate that into your narrative which you’ve likely already set in stone. So the shortest version is one of these. 1) Don’t commit a crime. 2) They will get your phone, and you’re f*cked when they do.

Depending on correct usage including positioning of sensors, the questions, medications, health issues, the examiners style of questioning and each individual’s response to stress. When I say statistically meaningless; I mean that based on error rates/false positives/false negatives and the standard deviation varying wildly on top of not being scientifically reproducible from person to person….they are marginally better than a coin flip. Even then, the slight edge on a coin flip is not statistically proven. By the way everyone in the US…I’d check your state laws because some states do in-fact allow (on occasion) the results of a lie detector test in court. Obviously there are caveats and I won’t pretend to know them but it’s definitely something that can be used in SOME cases in specific states and legal situations. So don’t take it for granted that they’re inadmissible. Any American who knows better than me please correct me if I’m wrong, I would like to see the case law, legal ruling, precedent or wherever else shows it because I’m fine with being corrected but I always want to learn from it.

this girl is involved in something illegal. Her lack of interest in the video and the darting in the eyes (especially looking up and staring blankly), is something that is throwing me off. I understand she said it before but she looks extremely nervous for a video about another person.

There's definitely some absolutely dumbass stuff that he says in this interrogation. They ask him like "What can we do to help you walk out of this room not looking like the guy who did this?" And he just says "You just gotta trust me." Like what? LOL If I was actually in there for something I didn't do I'd be like, "Nothing? You don't have to do anything to help me look good, I just want you to help me find my family."

At first I didn’t get why people fawned over Brooke so much (the only content of hers I saw were among us vids) but I get it now. She’s smart, nice, pauses videos to talk, and interacts very well with her chat. I’ve officially been won over. 😂
