Justifiable homicide. Liberal juries though won’t nullify the prosecution and the doctrine of self defense does not apply in nyc. The guy was in tramatic cardiac arrest. Domestic violence leads to kids taking these actions. If he stopped a near fatal assault the kid commited justifiable homicide. Methodist is not a level 1 trauma center also. He was not guilty of murder but is guilty of illegal gun possession. Which saved his mother’s life. Shame on the Brooklyn DA and shame on Charles Hynes For prosecution

The NYPD could have been more moral and look the other way, I have seen cases of a kid defending family from abusive husbands and they arrest the one who defends themselves. Ignoring the constitution

I usually don't comment but I have been there. I had put hands on my own father once I got old enough to do so for the same thing if that wouldn't of helped the situation I was willing to go farther SMH it's tough .
