I could easily eat that every single day. Those would be delicious with mint ice cream & a layer of mint cream before the chocolate layer. Also, a raspberry one in summer.

Reminds me of Mazetti's Bakery Derby cake..but has sliced bananas in addition to the chocolate cake, strawberries anf fresh whipped cream. .my bday cake for the last 2 yrs.

Basically, you just swipe some butter on the crust before anything else. The recipe is AMAZING and you cook it the same timing as the cinnamon rolls. I love you! My brother is sad your married haha

When its in a measuring cup and it's solid, there's space in between each chocolate chip. When it's in a measuring cup and it's liquid, there's so extra space there. So 1.25 cups of solid chocolate chips may be that same as 1 cup of liquid chocolate chips. :)
...[brain kicking in] I bet that would be stellar with gingerbread for the brownie part! With chocolate chip mint ice cream... Or if you could find that candy-cane mint ice cream they some times have during the holidays! It would be a lovely holiday dessert with a cup of home made hot cocoa on the side with a shot of expresso... OMG! Thanks for the inspiration!
That was the 1st I heard of ice cream cake with strawberries in between the layers, usually where I'm from the ice cream cake has a layer of crushed chocolate cookies crisps. The strawberries sound goods.

It is just so that the chocolate has time to melt into the cream :) You could stir it, but it's probably quicker to just leave the cream and choc alone for a few mins :)
