Gentlemen, this is definitely an excellent presentation! The costumes were great but the part that I like best is the graphic on the left hand side that shows and highlights all the groupings of the purposes of the cards as you go through the deck with your commentary. I've never seen anyone do that before and it's a great idea! Well done.
I'm loving the new format for your videos. Keep it up. Some cards I'm using in my Nikya deck is skaarg guildmage to give all my creatures trample, and some of the bloodrush creatures from gatecrash for pseudo combat tricks/ pump spells
Thanks! We have a few cards which give all our creatures trample which don't require mana such as Archetype of Aggression. Bloodrush could indeed fit fine in this deck thematically and mechanically.
Not really as there is plenty of ramp and other ways to double mana in the deck. Plus it's not the commander people are removing but the powerful beaters the deck threatens the board with.

Nice video guys! I was about to build a quiet similar deck with Ruric Thar as commander when the new guilt kits come out! What do you think about him? I think it could be fun without playing too much noncreature spells.. thought about darksteel plate or rythm of the wild for example and in the upcoming guilt kit are some cards with bloodrush to replace combat tricks. Should be definitly be almost only creatures in the deck.
Ruric Thar is a sweet commander if a bit expensive. This Nikya deck makes the mana not be an issue so we personally believe she is a better commander for Gruul creature only.
I would like to know how to build a deck from scratch, and it is very difficult first to know that you have to choose the master and that the deck plays for him, how to know how many of each: 1 card draw 2 - tutors 3 - ramp 4 - removal removal graveyards 5 - winconditions high impact creatures I know it depends a lot on the commander, but it's really difficult to build a deck from scratch, I'm inciannte and my friends have the same difficulty. Is there a more approximate formula? 8x8 theory? what advice could you give me? How i know the right packeg of cards for my deck?
Long answer: We'll make a video going into detail. Short answer. 22 synergy cards (cards that work well with the strategy of the deck. 38 lands. 9 Draw spells, 9 Ramp spells, 9 creature removal, 3 noncreature removal, 3 board wipes, 7 protection cards.
