I bought a cheap gun like 10yrs ago for backyarder acrylic painting all kinds of random stuff not just cars (though has done 2 cars), and it does alright but I don't know any better..ignorance is bliss . It's better than rattle cans!

I love my gpg , gets use every day and never misses a beat . For the price it is good for everything and I love that hvlp air cap for primer

Been using the gpg 1.3 for bout a year now metallics, ,2 pac , ceramic and air dry clears awsome gun for the price never fails can’t wait to see the review

This is Auarita 898 it is LVLP, at 2bar it’s awesome gun for laying down paint. Paint Society did review of Auarita 898-2 and was impressed. Great gun especially for garage jobs.

22 psi , 1.5 bar to be precise .Half a bar will make a difference against the pretended results.

@@honeyforce996 no H827 is old SATA copy, they have upgraded their game since then, first H827 I got for 8$ and it’s HVLP orange peel shooter. These are better, but still not good as brand guns. But they are great start until you make some cash.

I've seen that gun and was tempted to try it. In the end most decent painters can make the gun work within reason, but the main focus of such guns are people with small compressors. It's very difficult to get a economical gun that will work at home because justifying a DV1 just isn't going to happen.

I just feed two cheap compressors into the same pipe system. I have two connected outbuildings mind, but you could run the compressors in your garage and spray in a tent.

Always love the content. No need for that gun here now that I have 2 dv1 base and clear. You cant compare those to the optiflow hehe. I'm waiting on that custom paint video :D. Keep the videos up gunny you slowed down alittle :( I was loving the dailies. -Justin

This gun is sold as fast mover in the UK amongst others I purchased on for chassis paint it does a good job at that cheers Gunny

The one gunman has got is from U.K. but there’s lots of clones , fast mover and voilamart make one and the voilarmart is just £26 on Amazon

@@jobu9224 "Our opinion - good performance for the price. Runs off small (25lt etc.) 4.2-6CFM compressor. Spray width 10". 22PSI working pressure at the spraygun. Tested here and recommended by our sprayers for those with small compressor." according to Spraygunsdirect

I've watched many spray videos and gun reviews. If you told me that gun was an expensive gun and sprayed beautiful I would believe you because the spray pattern looked relatively wide and uniform and it seemed like a lot of air or over spray was happening. I try the cheapest guns as I try to learn to paint and do not care at all if a gun wont last because chances are I will not be using it long term, I'll be onto a different gun anyway. If I get to where I use a gun so much that it wears out I would then buy a good gun.

I have a similar gun sold by Astro pneumatic that I use to spray polyurethane and nitrocellulose lacquer. It's actually held up well for me. I use it for spraying wood, not cars, but it still sprays well

I have one good for cheaper thinner clears like upol and Montana clears it doesn't throw very much material

Is this a H827? I don't get it. This gun (Optiflow), looks nearly identical to the "Fast Mover" in the video titled "Ultra Cheap Spray Gun Review". But it seems like the Optiflow gets a good review, while the Fast Mover gets a bad review. The spray gun/paint industry is pretty frustrating to understand

I had one of these. Just couldn't make it work. It just seemed to atomise really badly no matter what I tried. Wasted a ton of time and paint. Got an ANI R160 1.2mm WOW awesome straight out of the box.

I have that same gun……used it to paint the nova that’s next to my name in my garage, gonna paint my ‘73 c10 with it next…..great gun for $100 I believe that’s what I paid for mine!!!!

I have the Intertool LVLP from Amazon which is a rebrand of Auarita 898-2 which is the newer updated version of this gun. It has the same aircap design. Operating pressure says 21psi but its bullshit. I sprayed it 28psi and fluid 2.5 turns in from wide open and droplets are still big. It must be sprayed 29psi and higher, Its not a true LVLP, air hog and leaves textured finish. Also its a 1.3 tip but i measured it and its actually 1.4mm.

This gun also as known as the Auarita L-898, one thing I hated about it was the fluid adjust knob, the thread was too loose so it broke down after just a number of uses

Also looks like Burisch GTR500. I read its not a real lvlp, the holes on the air horns are big for lvlp.

I would say ani if you have a big compressor and a booth, they like lots of air, and produce lots of overspray. And FLG if you have a small compressor or if you are painting at home.

You just don't know. Try it. But I have this gun he's reviewing and it just wouldn't work for me. ANI R160 worked great and if you're a beginner you don't need to be fighting with something not knowing if its you or the gun.

I have a $100 gravity fed spray gun and no matter what Setting ratios I use it airdrys and strings out of the nozzle/ jet before touching the pane/ part l surface , any tips how to fix it before I bin it ? 🤔😄

Sounds more like it's the paint than the gun. That's something that happens with acrylic paint of it is too thick. Try adding some more reducer/thinner
