The biggest way to improve ride without suspension changes is dropping tire pressure and up-sizing tires! As for height, if your truck is already that close then it definitely won’t fit with larger tires and a level! As for install, reach out to Woodlands Performance. They’re the go to shop in Texas!

17+ trucks all use the same Carli coil part number. 17-20 and 20+ Tremors are a 2.5” height increase from factory. Normal 20+ Super Duty trucks get 3.5” of height increase since Ford actually lowered those trucks. In the end though all the 17+ trucks end up at the same final height!

The sway bar offers additional clearance compared to stock, but curing your rubbing depends entirely on your exact wheel and tire specs.

You’ll need to trim the fender liner and plastic cap at the corner of the fender. You’ll like likely need to remove the flaps with 37s too.

If you never go off road there’s no need for the Back Country, but it does improve off road capability and adds some extra damping!

Correct. All of Carli's systems share the same base parts, so you're able to start with this kit and then end up with a fully optioned pintop if you want to down the road!

It's a two part deal. Is a plain steak good? Yeah! is good steak sauce tasty alone? Yes. Put the two together and you have magic! You're only getting half the improvement with one or the other.

It all depends on the buyer, but we’ve seen wheels go for around 2k.

The Torsen in the Dana 60 front differential works great....people just need to know how to use it. Lockers are great in several situations. However, there are several forums with numerous threads and countless comments showing lots of guys prefer traction devices other than lockers. There certainly are some advantages to having the Detroit TrueTrac or Torsen traction devices. 1. The tremor is a great package. It is not just looks. The suspension is ok.. Could be much better. Wish ford used some fox live valve shocks and resivors in the back though. The electronics is where the truck shines. There are plenty of videos of this truck offroading with ease. I would love one in a supercab, and would not hesitate to upgrade to a carli suspension

are you looking for just wheel travel or a lift for ground clearance? are you looking to lift the truck just to put bigger tires on? your question is a rabbit hole scenario lol.

@@c.h.9827 I'd be looking to slightly lift the truck but keep towing capacity. Maybe 34s with the ridge grappler/fuel rim combo or some raptor takeoffs . I'm not a fan of huge lifts so I guess just enough to avoid any rubbing up front and still let me tow and off road a little! The factory setup is just very reactive and jarring. Settles down when you get some weight in the truck, but I really like the idea of less body roll and more stability over the rough stuff at speed. Kinda what attracted me to Carli's prerunner type setups vs stuff with more articulation.

@@Ninjump I had a 13 Ecoboost F150 up until 16. I ran a fox 2.5 front coil over with 2.5 shocks out back and kept my towing capacity. I was able to lift the front up to run a 35 BFG inch tire on method wheels and had little rubbing (theirs is 34.9 inches to be exact). I think what I ran would work perfectly for what you're trying to accomplish.

This leveling kit will let you run 37’s on your truck. 2 1/2” in the front and 0” in the back.

Both are fantastic setups, but the Commuter does offer a little more control and damping. They feel extremely similar around town, but the Commuter is smoother and more planted on a large impact. We have no plans for airbags though! Those ruin travel, articulation, and make the ride even stiffer than the factory F-350 rear springs on the Tremors already are!

it should be a 0" offset if you look at the innov8 specs on their website. Also, it looks like the tires stick out just a bit. hard to see with rhe camera angle. I'd like to know how much the stick out as I have flares, is there rubbing, any cutting? I assume they trimmed according to their tech video on the subject.

Ford has a ton of variance in rear block height depending on the truck and the exact packages you get. This kit sits about .5" rear high which is perfect to us. If you find that yours doesn't sit where you'd like, just alter the rear block height!

These ones are going to be a slightly more budget friendly choice, but pack almost the same performance. The Key difference is that these shocks do not have different tuning for gas and Diesel engines like the Commuters do. That said Carli does offer separate coils for both engines with either kit.

yes, and I say that as a 2020 F350 Tremor owner. the offroad modes alone are worth the price tag, not to mention the other bits you get with it. NOW.. if you can actually find one, good luck lol.

The end height of either truck with this system is identical since you’re replacing the factory coils. You can run 37s on either with some trimming, or 35s with no trimming.

You are asking a VERY GOOD question that several people would like an answer too.....better yet, a video comparison.....showing two F250 trucks or two F350 SRW trucks.....one with the OEM factory rear springs and one with the Deaver rear springs from Carli. Both trucks having the Fox 2.0 or the King 2.5. The real question is -------> How close would the Carli suspension with the optional Deaver rear leaf springs AND rear air bags restore the original OEM factory GVWR / GCWR numbers??? One problem here is.....the truck in the video has a Level System. Carli only offers "Long Travel" air bags for trucks with the 4.5 inch lifts (5.5 inch on 2020+ Super Duty trucks). However, Hellwig offers a variety of choice from 0 - 4 inches of lift. I could be wrong, but I think the Carli front coil springs are the same regardless of shock choice. But.....the front coil springs differ for the diesel engine and gas engine trucks. Shock Upgrade help the ride? There is an old video somewhere on RU-vid showing a Ford Super Duty go over a dip or a Railroad Track hump both BEFORE and AFTER the Carli suspension upgrade with King shocks. It is night and day difference. I could still see a noticeable difference in the Bilstein shocks in this video. But, both the Fox 2.0 and King 2.5 would provide a considerably better ride. In addition, there is another old video showing Sage Carli's red Crew Cab Ford off-road in the desert traveling at a relatively high speed going over random bumps (almost like parking lot speed bumps).....shows the front suspension with the King shocks (2.5 or 3.0) traveling at warp speed while the cab moves very little in comparison. The video really depicts the quality of the Carli suspension. Carli should film some similar updated videos with the newer trucks. VERY IMPORTANT: Regarding the air bags. Probably best to consider alternative mounting of the lower base (cup) than as per the instructions. Alternative Mounting --------> Welded instead of Bolted. There is a RU-vid video showing this. Look up Big Boy Toyz. Jason has several videos of his F250....the traction device in the Ford Tremor...and the video on rear air bags.

It’s important to understand the relationship between springs and shocks to answer this. Springs are basically what determines how “stiff” something feels, and shocks damp or control the movement of those springs. With a rear shock upgrade the truck feels more composed and less “bouncy” but is still just as stiff since the high factory spring rate was retained. basically that high spring rate is just better controlled with nicer shocks. Carli also uses the same base parts on all their systems. That means the coils, caster shims, track bar etc in this base system are identical to the ones used with the full loaded King systems. The beauty of that is it allows for easy customer upgrades down the road.

​@@15Jeep Carli offers 3 rear spring options for the Super Duty trucks. You can retain your factory rear springs, which keeps factory payload, towing and ride quality. They also offer the add a pack, which is designed to retain factory payload and towing while improving the off the top sensitivity of the rear end of the truck. The final option is the full replacement leaf pack, which trades a reduction to 85% of factory payload for a dramatic improvement in ride quality both on and off road. The full pack is able to absorb small and large bumps like nothing. If you need to supplement the capacity of those full springs you can either use the Carli LT bags (4.5” system) or use a Firestone/daystar cradle setup we sell on the 2.5” systems. Both options retain as much ride quality as possible, and maintain full suspension travel.

@@CJCOffRoad I was aware of the 3 Carli spring options and long travel air bags for the 4.5" lift. I know Hellwig makes air bags for 0" - 4" lifts. I have had Firestone air bags on previous Super Duty trucks. However, I was not aware of the Firestone and Daystar air bag options with lifts. Changing World....lots of new products all the time. Yes and re-gear completely depends on the customer. 99.99% of Tremor customers just keep the factory gears since they’re happy with them!

@@Austinamp front and rear diffs are both about 10.5” off the ground, but keep in mind that tire diameter is the only way to change that number!

Absolutely! The Tremor suspension is nearly identical to the normal Super Duty trucks!

Only if you change the rear springs to do so. In this case the truck is on completely factory rear springs, meaning it retains factory payload.

quick B&P on CJC, leveling kit with matching rear shocks, endlinks and trackbar is $1970.00. I own a 2020 F350 6.7 Tremor and can say just between the 2 clips, even on different roads I can see the difference. I haven't placed my order for this exact setup, BUT I know other non Tremor owners who have it and love the leveling system.

You can always alter the rear block height to dial in rake. Some like a truck perfectly level, others still like to maintain a slight rake to compensate for squat when hauling.

Tire clearance! 37s look great and take almost no trimming. 38s look great too, but you better be okay with a lot of 🔪

@@Rommer2258 He stated CCLB (Crew Cab Long Bed). Only the 2500 Power Wagon comes with rear coils and it is a SB (Short Bed).

@@15Jeep no, dude you are incorrect. All the 2500 are rear coil, and the 3500 are leafs. Also after owning a wagon, the only perk of the gas motor is less weight on the front axle when you are jumping it.

@@Rommer2258 Yeah.....you are absolutely correct. I had no idea all Dodge 2500 trucks had rear coil suspension...and it appears the 2500 trucks have had this setup for a few years. That's quite shocking for these trucks to have basically been removed from the historical Class 2 segment. It's unique for sure.....a truck with heavier drive train than a Class 1, but with nimble suspension.
