Buffalo Chicken Pull-Apart Bread
Bursting with melty cheese and tangy buffalo flavor, this pull-apart bread is an amazing snack for football season. Or, anytime, really!
Ingredients:
1 loaf Webster’s Sourdough Bread, unsliced (Bakery)
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (Deli)
8 oz. Colby jack cheese, shredded (Dairy)
½ cup buffalo sauce (Aisle 3)
4 oz. blue cheese, divided (Deli)
2 TBSP butter, melted (Dairy)
Green onions, thinly sliced (Produce)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Using a serrated knife, cut five long slits into the loaf of bread (but not all the way through). Rotate bread 90 degrees and cut five more slits, creating a square grid pattern. Place on prepared baking tray.
Combine the chicken, Colby jack cheese, buffalo sauce, and 2 ounces of the blue cheese. Fill cuts in the bread with chicken filling, packing it down tightly. Brush top of bread with melted butter and bake in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes, or until top is crispy and cheese is melted. Top with remaining blue cheese and sliced green onions before serving.
