Bronze Hawk it's all your fault, thank's for such a good video and review, for those of us that are on the fence about a product videos like yours sure help. I'm picking up my Buford Bucket tomorrow got a lot of goodies to go with it. I will post some pictures on "MTF" Thank's Again.
That’s actually a pretty nice kit. Only things I can say seem suv par is the lack of grease fittings/pins, at least for the hydraulic cylinders, and looks like there a lot of scratches and raw steel showing. Either shipping or assembly, but otherwise a nice way to add a loader to a garden tractor.
Thanks for posting such a detailed assembling video. Great demo. I had written to Pete. I am hoping to hear from him that it is possible to attach this to a John Deere D130.
I just double checked the forum link - looks like the only JD models supported are X748,140H3,112,Sabre 1542.... I guess Johnny Bucket Jr is the only ready made option. Or I have to attach a bucket and a electric winch to just pull. Which means just bucket, no loading.
Can you still mount the mower deck after the sub-frame is mounted or do you have to unbolt sub-frame to use mower all the time. It would be sweet if you can at least leave it on permantly.
+Wags Tail - When I ordered it Pete asked me whether I wanted to be able to do that. Since I don't typically mow with this tractor primarily, I did not choose that modification. I am pretty sure Pete is able to accommodate that need. See below for his contact information (mytractorforum link)
You wouldn't happen to still have any info on where to get one of these mini loaders would you? If so could you send it to me, I'm very interested in one of these.
Only negative , lack of grease fittings.im greatful for my 45. takes the work out of work.. as a side note noticed on ur road test ur unit makes that annoying hyd whine in lifting mode much like my x585.
I bought it from the guy who builds them by hand. His name is Pete. You can find information on the MTF Forum. www.mytractorforum.com/215-john-deere-faq-stickies-section/252393-buford-bucket-contact-info.html
Oops Oops if we can get the unit palletized and you have a fastenal near you depending on the price we may be able to work a deal could you send pics or vid to my Email Camaro630hp@yahoo.com Thanks
Thanks for the comment. Clearly FEL loads are always a concern. I am happy to report that I have used this loader this way for 7 years without a single issue on the tires, wheels, axles, tractor frame and drive train.
Wow, your a moron. Look at those front wheels. They are 5 lug and probably 1 inch. Shut your pie hole you have no idea what your talking about. Use your own shovel.
