Polly, I loved this video. The way you presented each exercise was clear even to me, considering that prior to performing it I also walked for almost 2 miles. My neurologist lectured me that I should walk 3 miles daily. 90 degress temperature outside makes the walk much more difficult. Noone knows when the temperature will drop. Since you liked Virgilius quote I wanted to prepare additional, but the time was against me. Thank you.

I very much appreciate, Polly, that you read my requests. I'll tell you a "secret". Being a member of Parkinson's Buddy Network, I recomend PfP to new parkinsonian or the one's that are not sure about what kind of exercises is good for their problems. Be seing you.

You saved my day, Polly! I have been going for PT to improve my balance and core strength. We do sit to stands, lunges as homework, but never a break between sets. My calves and hamstrings were growling. The stretching between each one felt so good and made the standing up so much better. Do you give private lessons?

Happy day Polly! Great song today! I think I told Lauren this, but you should hear it too! I really appreciate how you can take an exercise that is very familiar that we’ve done many times but can add a new dimension to it to make it like new again! It really helps keep the workouts fresh and fun which I think is very important to stay engaged! Thanks for your work, Polly.

Another fun exercises. Thank you Polly. I did this 1 hour after breakfast. Not hard on my stomach and right amount of brain made me feel confident, (I am terrible at remembering dance steps) BTW I am Kaori (Ms) living in Bali, Indonesia, We just had our New Year' Day yesterdy according to Saka calender, one of the 3 calender we use. I was diagnosed 6 years ago.

Hi Polly. I wrote Ms to imply that I am a female. Please address me as Kaori. I have a question. Most of your classes consist of sitting exercises, and are they targeted those who cannuot balance or those in later stages of PD? I like to do combinations: sitting, brain situmilation. and as my condition improves, I cannot stay with the same level of exercises, right?, which means I will eventually graduate from your classs?
Hi Polly. Thank you for this session. A good range of exercises. We have been busy today and so tried doing it at 7.30pm. Paula was too tired so we had to have a rest after 30 mins. We must do it again when she is not so tired. Many thanks Paula and Jon
