Guru is absolutely right guys!! If you have more than 12-15% bodyfat and you are building mass, then obviously you will build both muscle and fat, so muscle will increase underneath your fat layer, and fat thickness will also increase and in the end you will look more fat. Don't do that guys. Cut to 12% then gain some size, I have noted when you are gaining mass you will also gain some fat, so let the fat go upto 15% may be and then again cut back to 12-10%, like this cycle gain cut gain, thats the way I think... Guru can obviously tell more in detail.

Namesthe Guru ji. This video has cleared my confusion. I am over weight and I was in muscle building workout. I assumed that I will lose fat during this session. But I did not. I will change my routine to weight loss. Your other videos helped me to correct my diet by reducing the carbs and increasing the protein intake. As you said in one of the video that we need to keep patience to see the result. I thank you for your valuable suggestions and input. If your primary goal is gain muscles and have higher body fat percentage don't focus on loosing body fat. Just focus on building muscle. Start strength training with heavier weights with proper form. When you start gaining muscle fat will automatically starts burning out. Do 20-30 minutes cardio immediately after weight training, take high protein healthy natural diate, no need of any whey protein or other supplements. This is a very long journey, give atleast that much months ,that many years you have given for fat gain. fat, Be patient and consistent, You will definitely see considerable progress after 6 months. Don't demotivate in short term. Stick to your goal.

simlply u r great man 100% exect true and free advice i have 34% body fat after 1 year of work out not big results then last week i took a appointment with a coach on machine he sccaned me and the machine told 34% body fat so he advice me 2 start a fat lose programme and guru mann is giving us same advice but free of cost he is amazing man respect 4 u guru mann bhai

Bhai logic galat ho gaya. Aisa nahi hota “Fat ki wall thick hai to muscle bahar nahi aa payega” Actually reason alag hota hai. According to me, the better way is: 1. First month - don’t try fat loss, nahi to core strong nahi ho payega. Spine aur muscle imbalances develop ho jayenge. 2. Next, go for fat loss as Guru Mann says. 3. Go for a healthy bulk 4. Have a cutting and maintenance phase.

Pehle fat loss isliye karna chahiye kyunki lean body pe better bulking hoti hai. Kyu hoti hai? Body ye samajh jati hai ki wo workout kar rahi hai itne time hai to body ko muscle ki aage zarurat padegi, na ki fat ki. Isliye iske baad jab bulking karoge to body ka metabolism khud hi aisa ho jayega ki wo fat easily chadhne nahi degi. Ye logic hai.

chetty909 it's different for different measuring techniques. The technique he uses measures only skin fat and not visceral fat or fat between the organs. So his real body fat would be 10-12% atleast. During shoots, it may go down to even 6-8%. Below that it is very unhealthy.

You will still be able to grow muscles with higher body fat percentage.....It could give you stretch marks.....

apply vitamin E oil on your skin and eat Vitamin E tablets....cook food in olive oil....
