This looks like a fantastic variation. Going to try this during my lunchtime session. Leveled up axis crawl + Squat/Pullup for 10 minutes followed by loaded walking.

Thanks Tim, well done! I've done the bear crawl for years and use it as a warm up routine for my push/ plank workout and it works well for me, but I will incorporate a bench into my next session.🍀

Another awesome exercise. Genius Tim. I have a big favor to ask you please 🙏. Could you tell us few words about healing process? I feel like it’s much more challenging mentally than physically. God bless you Tim and good luck. 🍀
@OriginalStrengthSystem
@OriginalStrengthSystem Месяц назад
I think you’re right. It is challenging. I have found personally that I heal when I let go of my issue and trust God, the Father with it. If I try to solve it on my own with my knowledge and my resources, I tend to magnify it and make the injury last much longer Than it should. But when I learn to accept it, and then let it go and trust my Father with it, I heal. I hope this helps!

At first I crawled because I discovered the benefits, then I crawled because it was much more challenging than it should have been, then I crawled because it unlocked my ability to do most anything I wanted to do. The unexpected juice was more than worth the squeeze
