With digital and social, always selling is a habit of agents instead of actually being social. The easy hack is to demonstrate your humaness (which maks people more comfortable) and also makes it harder to box you in as the same as everyone else. Its a decommidity hack, what is done by what I call skill stacking. Another analogy is to have more than just one lane.
In today's digital world, showing your authenticity and multifaceted skills is the key to standing out in a sea of sameness. Be human, be social, and be uniquely you.
So I really want to express how GREAT this video is. I’m an agent recently coming back into the industry after being away from it for quite some time. Throughout life since my last experience in the real industry I’ve had the opportunity to learn, understand, and appreciate myself and most importantly the people around me. In addition, what I want and can do for others. I couldn’t pinpoint exactly how I wanted to maneuver my way through this real estate industry with all the marketing tips and training that’s given, all of which I appreciate, but feel many are fixated on. But the branding through connections with your clients/ friends/ lifelong extended members of your family is where I want my journey to go. Listening to this video has helped me to get clarity with how the connections I want to build are important not just for me, my client, but for others out in the world.
