Building a wireless receiver platform to use on a speaker stand. This will elevate a wireless unit. 

Building a small wireless receiver platform to use with a speaker stand. The platform will hold a desktop wireless receiver (or two) and elevate the receivers just above the crowd height. This platform is to help with maintaining a "line-of-sight" between a wireless mic and the receiver.
Important: In general, a paddle antenna setup (using one or two paddles) would be a much better option. However, the events we do (currently), don't warrant the expense of using paddles; maybe at a later time.
All supplies needed to build the shelf were already in the shop. The only expense for this project was the "On Stage" support, which was purchased from Amazon.
