when you enter the late 30s, 70% of your aesthetic/physique comes from your diet. If you arent putting mostly good stuff in your body its going to reflect it.
Nothing will ever beat the raw days man, of not giving a fuck about the fashion and focusing wholly on lifting and getting it done! I miss those days and prefer them to be honest, a gym is a construction site, we are there to build nothing else. These days, men are just short of putting make up on before a session....
Sim gives us some day in the life vlogs like you use to, switch it up, I 100% appreciate your fitness knowledge but throw in a day in the life vlog every now and then. Vlogs are actually dope to watch.

Or you you can do 2 things; dynamic stretches then get the lightest weight possible and rep out the workout your going to do until you feel a burn. So squats just bodyweight then add a little weight until your ready for the big lifts
Always do cardio afterwards. If you do cardio before hand, you will have less energy to lift weights and you could be wasting a workout. There has been many studies on this.
Plenty of motivational vids on utube we tune in on sim because he's interesting and it's cool to learn about his and others lives and how they conduct themselves.not just just lifting a weight from a to b

All u guys should be doing for biceps is Regular Hammer curls....nothing else...so you're forearms catch up with you're biceps....u would look so much bigger if you're forearms we're bigger

He’s so right about the culture in the gym in terms of attire. Been going for 14 years now and when I went back then you had the men in a T-shirt or vest, might be a plain one or a Nike/adidas one and the ladies in tracksuit bottoms or maybe leggings….. now we’ve got the guys wearing Jordans and ladies in their fitted Gymshark leggings and Yeezys! People spending £200+ on their gym outfits nowadays is the norm!
I'm old school, I still get the cheapest wear for the gym But the only thing is, as I do alot of circuit training, the clothes get sweaty alot and get mashed over time
@@Dsinkz I totally get that! I’m just wearing some pair of trainers that I don’t wear when I’m out and about and some £25 shorts and vest from Nike and I’m good. After a while it gets all worn/faded and I replace them. It’s a gym not a catwalk 😂
