These videos give me new respect for the creators of the original models, who came up with these incredibly detailed vehicles with no set of instructions to help them. I shall watch the episodes with a new eye for the details onscreen.

You have the patience of a saint. Unfortunately my days of kit building are over now, I even have to pay someone to repair my car something I did all the time. My advice is don't grow old.

in hindsight, cars these days are made so that we cant fix them easily. my car for instance requires the whole front end up to the front of the engine to be removed to change the radiator. my mates care needs bumper off, front grill off, radiator shroud and battery removed just to replace globes

It's only 'thin' Poly Cement that seems to fog transparent parts, probably because it contains spirits or acetone. Personally though, I use clear Epoxy Resin as it will also fill any small gaps, you can sometimes also pick it off like Maskool before it dries if you've got a few out of place clumps.

You're right, I didn't have much time to script and record these, and as the models are pretty much the same I just re-used what I'd had time to record

I think it might be better to just have the build footage with music over it without the narration, because you see it gets rather tedious hearing the same audio clip about 30 times. if anything just say it once at the end or at the beginning. otherwise great videos!
