Korean traditional meat dish "bulgogi" 🇰🇷🍖
“Bul” means "fire" and “gogi” means "meat".
It’s a kind of dish which is Korean-style sukiyaki.
The sweet sauce based on soy sauce is really good.
Personally, I would like to introduce a recipe that I think the most delicious and very juicy.

◎ Ingredients
・ Sliced beef: 200g
・ Onion: 1 pcs
・ King trumpet mushroom: 100g (1 pack)
・ Green Onion : 50g
・ Garlic: 2 pcs
● Soy sauce: 2.5 tbsp
● Water: 2 tbsp
● Sugar: 1 tbsp
● Sesame oil: 1.5 tbsp
● Pepper: 1/4 tsp
◎ Bulgogi Recipe
1. Cut onion, king oyster mushroom and
green onion.
2. Grate 1/2 of onion (about 140g) and 2 garlics in a large bowl.
3. Add seasoning and mix beef and cut vegetables and then marinate it for an hour to overnight.
4.Stir-fry in a frying pan and it's done.
◎ TIP
・It's also delicious if you use shiitake mushrooms or add carrots instead of king oyster mushroom.
・ It is also delicious to use grated pear instead of grated onion.
・ This time, I used approximately 140g of grated onion. And please check the taste is salty or not. If it is too salty, then adjust the taste with water. And if it is not salty enough, then please add some say sauce.
