A starring performance from Damian McKenzie helps the Chiefs record their first win of the season and first in Pretoria since 2001, a dominant 56-20 win over the Bulls. #SuperRugby #BULvCHI
Nick Smith can you laugh at my Blues please? We may have beaten the Highlanders but I suspect that was a fluke and we still need all the help we can get
It just seems to be that kind of season in rugby. Even the Six Nations threw up a few confusing results. Makes it all the more enjoyable to follow the competition though, eh.
Haha this is exactly what I said after the Sharks game, and the Bulls' supporters argued with me, but this week has showed that only the sharks can play against oversees teams.
People just wrote off the Chiefs and forgot who they drew against last week. The same Hurricanes that just managed to beat the Stormers. Bulls got taught a rugby lesson today. Where are the Bulls of old? Oh, wait, they ARE old....and retired!
@@kevinrtres agree but there is a psicological barrier SA teams can't overcome they are intemidated by kiwi opposition you can see it on their body language.
Sometimes you must be humbled and have a slice of humble pie, this happens when you focus to much on how you 'look' and in the shape you are instead of playing rugby
This type of result is exactly why super rugby is failing. A smashes B and C. B and C smashes D. D smashes E and F. F smashes A. E smashes A. And so we go on. No consistency. No grit. Most teams/coaches have the mindset of "it's ok to have an off day".
A load of empty seats. Never understand why they bother putting these games off in 60k seater arenas when only maybe 10 thousand turn out to watch. Maybe 10k. Looks like a lot less.
i agree with Wara Kibho. this is once again proof that our boys can't compete against New Zealand opposition. Look at the stormers today, the hurricanes were missing big names like TJ Perenara and Dane Coles and yet they still managed a victory. And the bulls were just molested by the chiefs today. How much more proof do we need to concede that our Super rugby teams are never gonna be on par with the New Zealanders
