🎉4 WEEKS SUMMER PREP SERIES Week 2 Workout 2 sizlerle❗️
You do this training on Thursday | Friday | Saturday!
📍2. The equipment is closed and open elastic band.
🔸Only OFF on Sundays; otherwise, you will be ready for summer by doing these exercises with me for only 15 minutes maximum every day!
🔸The intensity and energy of each new workout will be higher than the previous one.
🔸We will complete 4 weeks with exactly 8 workouts that I share in order.
🔸You should do these workouts every day, it doesn't matter what time you do them, it's important to be consistent.
🔸DETER YOUR GOAL during these 4 Weeks and make sure you eat HEALTHY + CLEAN!
🔸Drink plenty of water! Sleep well!
🔸You can also take extra 30-40 minute outdoor walks as long as you have time and energy. You can reach your goal faster!

▪️Kapalı and Outdoor Elastic Band
▪️ 0.5 and 1 Kg Sand Bags
