Butternut Squash 500g thickly cubed and peeled
Coconut Oil 2 tbsp
Coconut Cream 100g
Massaman Paste 3 tsp
300mls Veg stock
Spinach 100g
2 Bay leaves
2 tsp fish sauce (optional)
50g Spinach
50g Sugar snap peas
1 tbsp honey
