Oh how sad! I didn't know Butters was born completely healthy, that's so sad to hear that he got sick as a small kitten and it's stuck like this for the rest of his life. I'm so happy he survived and you have kept him. I'm sorry you get so many awful comments. He is such a sweet boy and in all honesty he reminds me so much of the situation I deal with with my father with dementia. It's not ideal and it's a hard situation but we love him and want him to be happy just like I'm sure you do with Butters. Keep up the amazing work and thank you!

We adopted an 8 week old kitten with FCH last Oct. When he came to us he was very wobbly almost like the moderate or severe but was in a kennel at the shelter so could not move as much. Once he came to us he can run and play just like any kittin Only thing he cant do yet is jump up on stuff which is ok with me lol. His hard tremmors are gone and only occasionally has like a shiver.

I'm beyond happy to find your channel. I've always has cats, but never one with CH. In Mother's day, I was checking to see if the feral kittens were getting out and about to try and catch them. One ran off and one just flopped around. I knew something wasn't right about him. He was too young to take away from his mommy, but he needed help. He only weighed 0.14lbs, couldn't hold his head up, I just knew he was going to die. The vet thought it might be parasites so she sent us home with 3 doses of dewormer and said come back in a week, we made need a specialist. I was so afraid we wouldn't be able to care for him properly and I'd have to give him up. If so it for him, but I was already attached to him after that first few days. Our next visit, he was 1.04lbs and able to control his head a bit more (his head told are precious, even if they are CH related). I was told it was likely CH and he would figure things out. I was nervous, but determined he was going to stay with us. Surgery recovery suits have ti be adhered to fit his tiny body, but they help keep diapers on him. I've found reusable diapers, but they're so a bit large in him and leak, but we're handling things. He's mostly bottle fed, but he's doing pretty week at eating at did. I thought PT might help, but that I had a clue what to do. I just decided to try and hero him stand and sit up to hero with balance. I work from home, sy he's with me ask the time and we play every chance we get. He had a playpen in my office and larger one in our living room so he had safe space to wiggle and roll and do his somersaults. The little guy is a hoot. He's so fast and so stubborn. I was going RU-vid would have a few people sharing info about CH and I found this video and about cried tears of joy. I week be binging your channel for sure. I don't know if Aiden will ever walk, but it's ok if he can't, we can try a wheelchair later on. He's hair, healthy and whatever he is able ti accomplish is huge considering his condition the day I found him. If love for him to have ask the freedom to be a cat that he can. I've not even attempted the litterbox with him, he isn't able to stand up yet (he can't sit up by himself for very long, but he's working on that) and he doesn't start his vaccinations until Monday and he can't be around the 4 adult cats until then.

Thank you for doing such an amazing job with your seweet special needs kitty! I cannot watch your videos all the way through because of the music (adhd+ sensory issues) but appreciate your work.

Good job Butters!! I'm glad to hear that he's happy - so much of a cat's communication of how they're feeling and what they want is through their body language, which I imagine looks very different for him when compared with non-CH cats. I imagine that a lot of it is about getting to know his particular signals, like his little tremors
