Had I known, I just threw a Yaqi, blue, collapsible bowl away last week. It had the raised rings like the Captains Choice bowl in the bottom of it. I used it twice and it worked great. Just bought it out of curiosity. I ordered/bought a Doug Smith Pottery lather bowl from his Etsy store yesterday. It should be here by Friday. Always wanted one of his lather bowls. Have a good evening! -Everett
That’s what happens to me when I clean out my garage. Had something for years and never used it. Once I tossed it, the next day I needed it. Hehehe. Thanks for watching Everett!
I bought a comparable one, the slow feeder, at Amazon. It is a bit sturdier than the one you showed. It is my standard travel bowl. It lathers up just great.
There could be a debate on will the texture damage brush bristles over time? Im off to build a testing machine… just kidding. Well maybe. Thanks for watching Ian!
Neat! That's a much better deal than the 2-pack I bought at Amazon for $6. They are great travel bowls. There's no problem creating a lather with those smooth bottoms. Plus, the smooth bottoms are easier to rinse and clean.
Great for lather when travelling BUT those geniuses at TSA will only allow plastic multi blade garbage. Cruise lines have the same rules. No single edge blades allowed.
I have the one Stirling sells and it's great for traveling. I'm sure that one would work great as well and not have the soap stuck against those nubs. Definitely a better deal at 1.25. Have a great week
@@lawrence1md Yeah, after you use it a few times I would be interested in what you think because I have to clean those nubs and think this smooth one will be better.
