Was meant to be a small neighbourhood car only suitable for slow roads around crowded cities. Top speed 25 mph / 40 kph and has a 40 mile / 64 kph range. They were going to produce a faster and longer range version in 2009, but it never went into production. I think they were made in/near Quebec? Maybe Eastern Ontario. I'm Canadian so.

It was a kit that came out years ago when the Hummer was new. They sold you a body which you mount on your chassis. You supply all the small pieces to complete. The quality is as good the owner skills.
