In this video, I share the recipe for my protein fluff. I find protein fluff to be enormously helpful while dieting; hopefully it's of some use to you too.
Ingredients:
250g frozen raspberries
20g casein protein powder
20g erythritol
3g xanthan gum
100ml water
Written recipe:
(1) Thaw 250g frozen raspberries in the microwave for 30 seconds.
(2) Add the frozen raspberries to a mixing bowl, together with 20g casein protein powder, 20g erythritol, 3g xanthan gum, and 100ml water.
(3) Mix everything in a stand/hand mixer for 10 minutes.
(4) Serve and enjoy (inasmuch as you can enjoy this monstrosity).
