If you're planning to make this a lot, do yourself a favour and get some xanthan gum. It makes this sooo much better. Like 1/4 tsp is enough for incredible stability and volume. If thats not something you can get, some instant gelatine will also improve your results.
I eat this almost daily unless I'm out of frozen froot. Instead of straight up milk I use low fat curd (or joghurt, skyr, ...) and add a little bit of milk substitute if it's too thick, the froots are already sweet enough for me and the curd adds a very nice savory taste to complement the sweetness. Also a tip for the very lazy people (like me): Just crush the frozen froots with any utensil suitable for the job (I use a metal cup) and just go straight to using the hand mixer (less cleanup needed at the end) Cheers
Doing "done before" recipes again, better, is not a problem at all, I'm really happy to see this again with more variations! Raspberries for me and thanks for the dishwasher tip!
I've been making your pumpkin protein muffins every week but subbing the pumpkin for various veggies like sweet potatoes, carrots, rutabaga..they are so good and good macros
I can't believe I didn't know that dishwasher tip, I've done so much dish tetris to get things to fit under there. Hands down my favourite fruit is the banana, prepackaged, sweet and custardy you can't go wrong.
So I made mine with regular bananas, not frozen, and mine did not fluff. Is it because I did not use frozen banana? It was frothy, but never fluffed. It still tasted good.
You can also put this in the freezer for a couple of hours, and you have a big chunk of ice cream that will take an hour to eat. Been doing this anabolic ice cream for a couple of years. Im using Casein btw!
Fantastic ideas just started to fall you . For the cottage cheese alone My husband doing low carb . Has allergies to wheat . And shellfish And I myself allergies to eggs . So always looking for good high protein alternatives!
thanks a lot again for all your effort and your videos, i was dieting for a while now, eating nearly the same thing every time, but after i found your channel, i changed a whole lot in my diet, it varies, its not boring and i still hit my macros and get some desserts now. THANKS A LOT
I have to say Raspberries are my favorite, I'm a new subscriber & appreciate the content as well.... Very easy to follow your instruction & love the fact you don't fall into the drama bs like most other fitness/healthy lifestyle related channels seem to do often.
recently subscribed so I'd not seen this before, looks great, going to make some (raspberry and chocolate flavour) at lunchtime. I'm from the UK and fav fruit is olives, green or black I can sit and munch through a whole jar while watching TV
OMG, it was fabulous and more filling than I thought it would be, left out the sweetener as the sweetness in my chocolate protein powder was enough for me. going to try blueberry and vanilla tomorrow.
When you said Protein Fluff in another of your videos I felt very skeptical. But after seeing this and how it was done, I'm very eager to try it! Thanks for the idea
@@TheProteinChef Well, no, I've never frozen grapes in my whole life to eat them/ make a dessert (only for the purpose of nice looking "ice cubes" in water while summer ) - but maybe it might turn out well and still taste good🤔😊 I'm going to try if it will work 😊
