Han discusses some interesting examples of inactivity that I would like to know your perspective on. Plant-based skincare (30% off): www.herbalfacefood.com/discoun...
I would definitely like to know what Bryan Johnson would say about Han's critique of measuring/optimizing everything in life/the body as a manifestation of mere/life + survival mode vs. the contemplative life.
Appreciate your videos! I do want to say that I think fasting shouldn't be equated with starvation, since starvation only occurs when fasting is taken to the extremes of duration. Fasting is a choice while starvation is an imposition. So the logic of fasting here cannot apply to starvation. Keep it up 🎉
He also talks about sleep. Which of these methods (ritual fasting, allowing the self to become bored, or allowing sleep to be free of acheivement) do you think would be most affective in helping you become unentangled from mere work-production-acheivement-survival mode?
