Kindly advise of the best hospital to get a c section with a spinal block where they are able to help the patient best manage pain and minimize complications
C section type incisions on the abdominal area look like they have the tendency to heal near the abdominal wall or at the abdominal wall. Is this because the abdominal wall has an incision as well & the two incisions end up trying to heal together?
What about if the skin above the scar is raised and painful to the touch? It seems swollen but its not getting better, just above the scar. Its been 4 weeks since my c section, Im afraid this swelling is here to stay :// do you have any advice?
@@user-ip5fm3ck4p its a bit better but it still seems like its here to stay:// I did go to physiotherapist specialised in s sections and she did manual massages on me plus radio frequency. It does feel a bit better to the touch, but Im still doing manual massages every day and hoping the swelling will go down completely.. It feels like I have many adhesions under my scar. The scar itself is so beautiful and flat, healed amazingly, but under it are all the problems://
Definitely keep up the mobilizations and working with a physiotherapist or doing the exercises they recommended. Incision healing can definitely be a journey! Keep it up and the body should help regulate things in time!
I would definitely consult with your doctor depending on where you are with pregnancy but it is definitely okay to do it one year after delivery! You should always be working on healing the scar. Just would want to make sure you consult with your doctor about what is safe during pregnancy.
