Special thanks to Thom R, who mentioned this in the chat during one of my livestreams! It's very simple but I thought there's probably a decent amount of people who don't know this.
In Cinema 4D if you add a parametric object to your scene the size is displayed in centimeters by default.
If you need to use another unit of measurement for example inches, just type in the desired # of inches with the abbreviation IN inside the size parameter you are adjusting.
This applies to many different units of measurement. Here are the ones I tried.
IN - INCHES
FT - FEET
YD - YARD
MM - MILIMETERS
CM - CENTIMETERS
M - METERS
KM - KILOMETERS
