Rick and Marc fish a Mission Township lake for largemouth bass. Fish are found in cabbage flats and caught on a variety of baits.
Goals:
1 - 5 keepers (1lb minimum)
2 - 13 lb total weight.

Was wondering if you have had an episode on Ross Lake? Will be coming up from Chicago July 18 to 22nd and fish lakes around Aitkin. Thanks. Enjoy your channel!

We do, I think the last two years we visited Ross. 6/22/23 & 7/15/22. Weights were not as good as expected.

There’s a small lake next to it called Twin Lake and my brother did really well on it. Only 79 acres but productive.

Also wondering about lakes around Aitkin that have big pike. I love fishing for big pike as well as the bass. Thanks

I dont really fish for pike. I know Nord has huge numbers, but the ones I've caught have been small. I would think any of the larger, deeper, clear lakes would be the ticket. Sorry I'm not much help.
