I would place the two thin washers on the outside, away from the transmission, and the thick washers towards the transmission side...this would line the rod up straighter and might reduce wear...
I just did this to my car using the Innovative bracket kit and I had trouble bleeding the slave cylinder, bleed it three different time and nothing. So I bought a 48" steel braided clutch line from Amazon 30$ and ran it to the slave cylinder bleed it 3 to 4 times an boom working perfect.
Hey could u give me more info on this?. I'm currently having trouble getting my car to go into gear. I've bled it like crazy and I've tried adjusting it all sorts of ways. I'm I missing something? When I press the clutch pedal the lever moves up all the way, but the car wont go into gear. At least while it's running lol. When I start it in gear it jerks forwards with the pedal presses in still. Im assuming it's an adjustment issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cant find anything on this setup. Running the innovative kit in an eg
I bought one of those for my cable transmission and it didnt come with a template or any washers but i still tried to add it on and for some reason my clutch isnt having any pressure
Shoulin Monk I had the same problem, I adjusted both all the way out, the slave cylinder and the clutch master cylinder inside the car, it's like in the last thread on each it worked for awhile, then I have the problem like it doesn't travel far enough, like when my clutch ingauged it slips but I adjust it out anymore then it won't go into gear
Can we use oem trans mount for this kit? I seen online that wit this kit theres also a mount braket for the motor mount for eks, now for that mount do can we use our oem cable trans mount or no
The Problem is bleeding this upside down, with the heat of the motor you will need to double clutch cuz it will make the slave pin go down, it will cause trany shifting problem.
I’m doing the same thing. Hydro to Cable and read that you have to bleed through the hard-line and not the nipple since it’s rotated 90 degrees. Did you find this to be true?
It's a good idea to add the dust boot on an actual install, so that the slave cylinder will last a long time and not have a short service life due to dirt damaging the seal.
