Hello Claus, so happy to see you in paradise! I spend a lot of time in San Jose del Cabo. I believe that is a little more south of you. The sea of Cortez is amazing! Enjoy the fish tacos and sunshine!

I don't mind the roughing it, if that's what I paid for. Especially if I am going to do something like diving. Now that's some footage I'd like to see, your adventure.

Budget vacation, best. I go to Poland next time i travel, local food and free guided tours, budget.

Loved the disclaimer, my kind of scuba destination. Use to go to Southern Mozambique in the 90's, same story, but loved it, some of my best memories are from those trips.

I would consider getting a Grayl GeoPress Purifier or something like that for the water. Definately a place on my to-go list. All the videos show beauitiful diving sites and many of the local fishermen switched to running snorkeling, scuba, and freediving tours. I go backpacking for some of my vacations so the lack of luxury would be fine for me. Thanks for the advice. Some of my family might not enjoy the rustic accommodations.

doesnt seem so bad judging by the beginning of the video i didnt think teh town was as big as it is but its a fair size where youd have selection i thought maybe one restaurant but seems alright idk how id feel about renting only a couch though not sure if he was serious about that..ive always wanted to go to Mexico but teh things you hear nowadays wasnt big on the idea but way down there away form stuff probably more peaceful..im also wondering if its also hit wiht inflation crpa there..i got back form Cuba a couple weeks ago maybe a month and eveyrthing that youd love about Cuba was gone the communism was really showing has one thing but not the toehr and prices were no longer cheap...beers used to be 1 dollar now theyre 3-4 dollars everything was doubled and it was sheit..needless ot say i wont be going back there anytime soon maybe not ever again..and their banks wouldnt even exchange my money back its so useless over there even to them so im stuck wiht 4000 pesos which is about 40 bucks same as Mexico and nothing to use it for..its useless there and here.. next vacaiton ill be goign soemwhere else

I enjoyed the video, humor, and valuable information. My wife and I are heading to Cabo Pulmo in November. We're staying at Tito's Inn, and are planning to dive with Bucea Cabo Pulmo Diving. Do you have an opinion on either the Inn, or the Dive shop? They don't do night dives, and that's always something I want in a dive trip, so if their's a reliable dive shop that offers night dives, I'll dive with them. Thanks!

Sorry your friends got a misrepresented place. We stayed in in 1 airbnb and at Baja Bungalows in early April and EVERTHING worked. Plenty of hot water, pressure, lights, water. Btw Cabo Pulmo is on its own safe communit well so unlike anywhere else you can drink the tap water. It's true that if there's no sun and you use a lot of electric, you may use up the batteries but we never ran out. The restaurants we went to had everything. Agree restaurants overpriced except the terrific Beer and Tacos. Your place looked like the most expensive in town, more touristy than most. Not fair to say all lies based on 1 experience
