following this amazing Instagram cake trend, this weeks cake decorating video will be a sugar sheet cake technique but made on another level . This cake is basically a peekaboo french macaron cake . It is a fault line cake made with the sugar sheet technique. It is so simple to make, you only need 3 ingredients and simply cover your buttercream cake. I also show you how to work with Isomalt by teaching you how to make a sail cake topper. Please take note that its a sheet of sugar i wouldn't suggest eating it but simply remove it once your ready to cut the cake
