If Caleb throws for 4000 yards in his rookie season the haters gonna say anybody can do that with our offense. Even though we never had a 4000 yard passer EVER.
The fun part is it's inevitable some of these QB's simply won't be good and it doesn't matter what number they were drafted, we get to watch it play out for the next few seasons.
@lenny2895 Who said everybody. He said, people hate on him. And yeah there are tons of haters on social media, on sports media and even a Chicago Bear mentioned Caleb better not bring that Hollywood stuff here at Chicago.
@@mattmurdockthemanwithoutfear Packers fan watching videos of the Bears. Seriously super low bar to know that the Bears live rent free in your mind. Doubt Caleb Williams will throw across his body in the playoffs to sell the game when it's time to be clutch.
LMAO! The people commenting on his skills on RU-vid like they know football 😂 kid is going to be a superstar. If this is not the most excited you’ve ever been as a Bears fan or are still crying out for Justin Fields, find a new team.
What makes your comment any more true then the others lol good or bad . You are just a random guy on RU-vid as well judging by your profile pitcher it looks like you have never laced up the cleats let alone played quaterback at any level lol
Why would the Seahawks let an offensive guru coordinator walk? Regardless of the Head coaching change. If he was the real deal who turned the offense around.
There are always big surprises in the NFL. EVERY year. Im starting to think the Chicago Bears are going to be THE surprise team. Caleb Williams after all is supposed to be the best qb prospect in a decade. His new team wasnt the worst team in the league. They were gifted the pick by a previous trade with a crappy team that bet wrong on the "top" qb. So the Bears dont just make the playoffs. They win their division. And they beat Philly in the NFC championship. And go to the super bowl. Not sure they win it, but Caleb Williams is the run away choice for O rookie of the year. This year's gonna be crazy. The NFL is about to be shocked.
I know there's no pad or defenders but them first few minutes of deep passes to the left side guys, I saw nothing but completions and not a whole lot of recievers having to over adjust to the ball location.. and good gawd that release is just blink of an eye fast!!
He has the talent to be impact QB, but it's not about you know more because you are BLESSED now, it's about TEAMWORK and it's 1 GOAL and that's 🚢🚢🚢🚢🚢🚢s till THEN BE ABOUT IT GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BLESSING 🙏🙏..,
In my job i take food to peoples hotel rooms and these last few years I've seen so many men with painted nails. I thought it was weird at first but i gues its part of fashion now and ive just accepted it.
No it’s definitely very weird and very questionable. We’re being conditioned heavily to accept it as normal. It’s not. It’s pretty clear Caleb is the Will Smith type. Which who cares, but he’s definitely of the sweet variety and will have a bunch of beards to cover it up for a while until it’s in the open.
@@kyleconnor2759Men have been painting their nails a lot longer than these times. What someone does to their body won't affect you, that's what you should be more conditioned about.
As i do hope Williams has a good career the thumbnail says some RLY crazy sht lol.. just bc he threw some passes on day 2 of rookie training camp he gets compared to Peyton Manning?
Caleb gets a lot of hate, but I hope he does well. I'm not a bears fan, but you guys have a TON of history in the NFL, I hope ya'll have an amazing season, it's been a minute
I would hope any NFL quarterback could do that. He's just standing there. He's not being pressured. There's no defense coverage. Anybody could do that. What is the hype?
The Bears median needs to calm the fuck down. This is just rookie camp, let them learn the building, let them learn the peoples names on the team and at the facility. Stop expecting so much in the first week because they’re just getting acclimated to Chicago so please keep your mouth shut and don’t expect too many answersfrom questions that are kind of pointless right now since it’s only day two. Just ask them about moving to Chicago, how they’re doing, where are they moving to, restaurants, things to do in Chicago. We know where they are concerning football you don’t need to ask those questions because it’s the same thing every year.
As a Bears fan I really hope he becomes the greatest quarterback to ever play the game until we draft his replacement in 20 years. Just like how FGB somehow did it with McFraud, and Sir dopes a lot. But before we anoint him as football Jesus. Maybe we should let the kid play first. The kid still had some questions that need answering. Like his football security, or his ability to line up behind center. He has the tendency to play hero ball in situations where he misses the easy NFL play. Yes there are people that throw meaningless hate out there. But this childish attitude that if you raise legitimate concerns you’re a hater is just pathetic. Let the kid play first before we start comparing him to some of the greatest of all time.
Packers fan here, I can agree with all those things you said because Love got so much hate before he started against the Eagles in Week 10 or 13 I think it was in 2022, nobody knew that Love was gonna ball out like that to where he looked incredibly exciting to watch on film. Now he’s gotten so much attention the right way and not in a drama kinda way that Rodgers was! Love proved the league wrong big time and Packers fans have never been more satisfied in that draft selection we made in the 2020 draft. Yes it was foolish at the time, but GB gave him a ton of time to develop and learn! Ever since that, look at where he’s at! He’s a top 10 QB in the league. Caleb Williams on the other hand, got put into a situation that the Bears set up big time to where a rookie has never been set up for, so he’s got pure luck to succeed easily with those weapons. Is he going to have games that are bad? Absolutely! How many games did my QB have last year?? Like 7 or 8! Then shocked the league came thanksgiving day game last year! So Williams will have those days regardless but I believe he can overcome it and focus on what he’s gotta ofc do. Now with this being said. One of his biggest struggles will be dealing with the Green Bay Packers! I don’t say that just cuz I’m a Packers fan. I’m saying that because they set themselves up to be a very aggressive team attacking the football and QB! Hafley put us in a 4-3 attack style that teams like 49ers always run! He himself knows this from being with Saleh in San Francisco! He’s got 3 guys in the secondary that’s played against Caleb Williams! Evan Williams, Kita Olpado,, and Edgerrin Cooper when Williams was at Oklahoma at the time beating out Spencer Rattler. Those three have experience going against Caleb Williams! Especially the two from Oregon and Oregon State. It won’t be easy for him and the Lions will be another difficult team to face as well. The Packers will be his biggest test though without a doubt! One last little thing about QBs.. if you can take notes on how GB has developed 2 HOF QBs and have another HOF candidate, the Bears woulda kept Fields to give Williams time to learn. The Packers have had solid staff and there is 1 very solid staff that’s done the majority of the work on QBs, it’s Tom Clements! He is easily going to be in the Packers HOF coaching staff. He worked with Favre, Rodgers, and Love! So there’s a lot about the Packers that the Bears have just not yet learned about developing QBs. So I am eager to see what this kid will do. Till then Go Pack Go!
Teams will be forced to play contain on Caleb. Shotgun is the only formation that beats QB contain hopefully Shane Waldron knows the Notre Dame game exposes this fact. If Shane is wise he will put Caleb in different Shotgun formations 95% of the times just like the Eagles did with Jalen Hurts.
lol is it Green Bay reporters doing the interview. Trying to trick him to see if he got the playbook early against the rules. Is nasty work. Go Commanders J5
Yeah I know he went over there to be a back up lol we could have kept him and switch them off cause you know fields can’t stay healthy but he got legs. We don’t have a good back up
So now he’s a Manning 😂😂😂😂😂 damn he was just Maholmes a week ago😂😂😂😂 lbgtqb1 hasn’t even played in a preseason game and yall already crowned him the goat and yall getting ready for the superbowl 😂😂😂😂😂 These new Bears fans are unbearable
His fingernail polish didn't get in the way. I bet when he was done, he called his after he took out his pink phone from his pink purse. Anyone ask it what ITs pronouns are? Dropping bombs in rookie minicamp - LOL, I could do that and I; an old disabled veteran who can hardly stand up. It'll be really hard for him to get 4000 yards with as often as he fumbles and throws interceptions. Bears fans will soon be wanting their old QB back.
@@okeyg8415 no I like the guy honestly , but is his throwing arch so high at every distance and why do his receivers have to stop and calculate where the ball is cmon now as a DB that’s food.
@@TheGeneral..cuz these are rookies trying out for a spot, they aren’t good. Did you see the clip of odunze catching the ball? It was in stride and perfect
Not true. He was throwing 70 yard bombs as a sophomore in HS. He has a cannon. He also has a high variance of velocity on his throws which is why he can throw with so much touch
We are only seeing basic sideline deep balls. You can't throw those on a line at least too often. I was only an emergency QB in high school so I have a basic knowledge how different types of balls have to be thrown. If this was a seem route then you have to throw on a rope with velocity. On the throws shown here it's about timing in leading your receiver. Caleb was really accurate on most of these balls. It's also on receivers to adjust to the ball as well. Not every ball will be thrown perfectly by every QB. Understand that this is a timing drill
I hope hes not wearing only 1 leg sleeve for fashion purposes. I hope its because he's recovering from something. Otherwise it looks fruity. Thats what the lady basketball players do. He already seems a little feminine
