I watch this everyday to motivate myself and work harder. I've been doing weightlifting for a year and i've never seen such physiques with just calisthenics/heavyweight calisthenics. This motivated me to quit the gym and actually try to do something different and become the best i can be with just calisthenics. I will strive to become stronger. Bar Brothers All Day Everyday. 💪
