Calisthenics Workout Motivation! Bar Brothers 

8 years ago this changed my life. Sitting on the PC as a fat 15 year old, I saw this and while eating my potatoe Chips i was amazed. Instantly throw the chips, fell on the ground and started doing push ups. I could do 4 that night, yes... 4... Now 8 years later, stronger then ever, started my own youtube channel! Natural and on that chase. And still coming back here, damn... thank you for changing my life Bar Brothers!

we started doing bar workout 2 weeks ago and my strength is twice as much, everybody don't wait till tomorrow do it today with a little effort you can do what they do in the video

I remember watching this video over and over and over again, 55 pounds ago. 2:40 to the end of this video is always playing in my head when im at the gym and I need to go as far as I can.

after absent for more than 6 months ill start cycliung one day 50 km + and working out the other day! i'll study to become someone, i'll earn pride not just for my body, for my mind too, i'll do it 150% of i actually am, i'll be better, stronger, smarter.

To me this is the ultimate sport! It pushes a man to the perfection! ou can always do better, you can always progress. And you're always on your own, your body and mind functioning as one! I'm still a rookie and I can only dream of performing most of the things shown in this movie. But I know I won't be satisfied untill I get to the point when I'll be doing extraordinary!
