I agree with the moral obligation. Once you became compliant with doing bare minimum, it becomes your habit. Eventually you will suffer the consequence if you acquire a bad habit, so it is not practically for the company but a training for yourself.

I just signed a JO it’s my first job and I’m 18. I grew up being the first and the one taking the lead for everyone who’s around me. I love helping people and seeing them get better at something they were failing a while ago. It makes me proud. But actually now, I’m scared of the uncertainty of the corporate world and been composing myself to not be fazed. I always tell myself “do it how you usually do it communicate and resonate don’t be afraid on exploring new things and getting out of comfort zone” I did started to doubt how long I’ll be on this industry but I came across your video and there I knew I could pull this off and it will be worth it because I believe I will be opening a lot of opportunities and will be gladly accepting it as a challenge to grow more.

2years ago I am always watching your videos on how to pass the interviews at BPO industry. That's the time when I have no capacity to do so since I am still a student that time and I am setting goals as well on how to gain more money while studying. To make it short, I am now in a BPO industry and all your videos help me throughout the interviews, assessments and many others! Thanks gurl for this kind of advice. Today I'm 3mos working on this industry and yeah I can say the salary is good but it is not sufficient 😢 I don't know what to do next, I want to find another job that pays more and get decent money than my current. I want to explore more and get better opportunities 🥴

When it comes to money, don't ever think that you have to earn more to live a decent life. It's not about how much you earn, it's about how much you keep. If you have the discipline to not buy the things you don't need, Kahit basorero ka, you can send a couple of kids to college. I have friends who earn 4x than me, but those idiots keep borrowing money from me. True story mga pips. #minimalistlifestyle
@Kwestyon
@Kwestyon Год назад
I believe that’s true to a certain extent. But it would be great if you can live life without constantly worrying where to get the money for unexpected hospital bills, death of the breadwinner in the family, a balanced meal (fruits and veggies are criminally expensive nowadays that some people rely mostly on rice with very little meat for sustenance), a visit to the dentist for cleaning (or at the very least, extraction, for rotten teeth that were left too long to fester because there’s zero budget for them), etc. Once you’re able to afford the basic necessities to live a comfortable life with some savings on the side, diminishing return kicks in and extra money would make little sense. Minimum wage just doesn’t cut it if you factor in the need for some level of security for life’s unexpected turn of events. Maintaining a balanced diet alone is almost impossible. That, of course is important because it creates a ripple effect to other areas of your life. Health and happiness for instance. People who earn a lot, save nothing, and spend everything on unnecessary things, well, they’re simply making bad choices. They got one thing right though (earning more than enough) but got another wrong (squandering everything without purpose). I propose that the sweet spot be in the middle. Don’t say no to the chance of improving your income; it’s usually a force for good. But don’t squander everything either once you get to the top. Both ways may seem completely different but they lead the same route: poverty.
