Join Sara Raymond in an oasis of tranquility tonight as you trust yourself and your inner strength to calm the storm and allow sleep to easily to come to you with this deep sleep meditation. Your body and mind know what to do to experience deep, healing sleep. Even if you may have had difficulty sleeping at some point in your life, tonight sleep will come your way.
A busy, overthinking mind can feel like stormy weather. The wind and rain of a storm is threatening and may feel overwhelming. Whatever the reason or the exact experience of overthinking or overwhelm, it may not be possible to control your situation. What you do have control of is your response to your situation. No matter the weather in the world outside yourself, you can cultivate calm from within and sleep peacefully tonight. Let go of the storm of an overactive mind and enjoy a healing, restful, deep sleep tonight. While you sleep build a positive outlook and a calm state.

This is one of my favorites!❤ I notice that the reasons my muscles are uptight is because my inner child is terrified. Maybe you could do a meditation on telling the inner child she is safe now?

Its so amazing...I am in the 19th month of unemployment, my mind drives me over a cliff most of the days. At night I fall asleep before the affirmations and its happened several times that I hear you clearly say:"I know everything will be ok", even though I am asleep. I often think an "Angel" is speaking when I hear your voice. Sarah I know... you help way more people than what you know, THANK YOU

I went 21 months without work. I completely understand what it can do to the mind. I never knew the mind could become the way mine did in those months, especially towards the end. It can feel out of control at times. I hope you are ok, and just know things always improve.

I had a lot on my mind last night and no matter what I tried nothing was working. I was scrolling through general sleep videos and spotted this new one of yours..BINGO! Overactive internal chatter was switched off and I was finally asleep in a matter of minutes, sleeping 4 hours solid after being awake 3 tortuous hours. Thank you once again. Take care. I just wanted to tell people about Therapy in a Nutshell on RU-vid. I found out I have cancer and am pretty much coping through listening to those videos. I think anyone just wanting coping skills for life to those with anxiety and depression issues will find something there.

I want to start off by saying my deepest thanks to The Mindful Movement. Your meditations have brought me calmness, peace, and acceptance so many times over the last few months. I did this meditation last night, because of a certain unpleasant thought that was keeping me awake at night [Rumination]. Sara's voice, as always, is simply perfection for mindfulness meditation. "You are the sky. Everything else is simply the weather." That quote in the meditation really touched me personally. Thank you both for all of the incredible work that you are doing. To everyone here, please continue with your mindfulness meditations. It takes practice, especially when you have a lot of running thoughts, but they truly do lower your stress level and help you to heal within.

Last night was a challenging night after a crazy Monday I used this to get to sleep and then calm myself when I inevitably woke worrying. This really helped Thank you once again for such an amazing meditation really love this one for calming the busy mind 🙏

Try doing it during the day. Lower the volume. Focus on another sound. Triggers can be good but if it's too much don't judge the sound or why your feeling this way just let it go and breath. I used to struggle with sounds but gotten better by breathing. I still can't listen to high htz music though. Thought this might help 🥰

I love this meditation. Particularly the birds. I am involved in a legal battle with an insurance company after being injured on a bus and unable to work. Sara calms my mind body and spirit which helps me cope with pain anxiety and judgement. Thank you Sara for being my spiritual guide. Sxo 💜
