Thank you so much for posting these videos! I cracked a disc in my back several months ago and I can't handle the speed of regular zumba for the time being. I also appreciate that you do a quality stretch; many of the other exercise videos on here do not.

How many calories burned varies widely based on how much intensity you exert when you do the routine. Sounds like you are dedicated so I am sure you can lose the weight!👍
Love all your workouts, Cindy. My sensitivity ears hear something’racist’ in this video that you should think about. “Indian arms” could be described some other way. It’s stereotypical of cowboy days and probably isn’t PC anymore. I’m sure you didn’t mean it, but a change in terminology might be culturally appropriate.
