Join me for a fat burning, sweaty 5000 STEPS walking workout you can do anywhere. This is a low impact, beginner friendly, to the beat walking workout that will keep your HR elevated throughout, thus helping you burn lots of calories and boost your metabolism.
Do it twice to get your recommended 10000 steps.
Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

Awesome workout - I used 2lb weights for some of the moves- 4069 steps, 318 calories burned 👏🏽

Added this onto to your full body strength program. Average of 131bpm, 226 active calories burned, 5,678 steps. Great start to week 3! 💛💛💛 Did this again and didn’t count steps but definitely averaged over 6000 steps this time and burned 232 active calories. Definitely one of my favorite walks! 💜💜💜

This was a perfect warm up to my upper body workout, especially on a very rainy day here in the UK and when I'm still fighting a cold, was just the right intensity, got some steps in, a good sweat but don't feel exhausted. Thanks Liv 💖

totally agree, earlier in the year I was doing jumping dance and I loved it and lo and behold, my two knees seem to slipped out of place(Im nearing 40), Ive had them popped in twice and I feel better now with minor pain to start do a walk workout without hurting myself and keeping active.

I'm terribly out of shape, just recently started hiking every morning before work but the heavy rain and wind (and snow) make it impossible, so I was looking for an alternative. THIS is it! Even though I have limited space, I could do most exercises without kicking over furniture. Sweat heavily but made it through. Maybe I'll even skip my hiking in the morning and keep doing this but take it outside if the weather allows. LOVE how you also involve the arms.
