Do not hesitate, File a contempt motion and get a judge to weigh in on your situation. Basically you are allowing the court to be aware of the situation and asking for help. This will start the records of disobedience and the judge will not allow that.

Most asinine comment I’ve read in a while. Aside from the risk of filing a false police report, the police can’t do anything as parenting time is a civil issue, not criminal. 🙄

Omg i wish! Back when we were first granted joint custody it felt so insanely unfair my ex could just get out of parenting and id have literally zero help.

Maricopa County Family Court Judge Kevin Wein sentenced me to 6 months FLAT TIME in Estrella jail for violating an unconstitutional gag order. Double Jeopardy during the height of the pandemic when Judge Wein again found me guilty for sending my son a birthday card. 40 more days in Estrella.
