And then his cockiness got him cut and lost him time. U can evn tell frm Ramsay's reaction tht his sandwich was the weakest. Barely had anything to say bout it and just asked Tyler if his proud of his sandwich like a supportive dad 😂

i think it’s more so that Gordon doubted Matt’s ability to cook, compared to the other 2 who Gordon already knew would end up with good food, he was just impressed that Matt actually knows how to cook and not just eat.

Tyler was showing off, The flight attendant knew how to cook but feel like the sandwich was no longer a shrimp sandwich, shrimp wasnt the main element Matt's sandwich was simpler than both, still good tasting and he had less experience both professionally and life-time wise

Can we look at this absolute redemption arc this man has gone through? The absolute smack talk has been a hallmark of Chef Ramsay, but he's proven time and time again what an amazing human he is, his humility in judgement is there, with the roughness around the edges. Cheers to the participants, and Chef Ramsay not absolutely chewing everyone out. This was an awesome display of skill! Mona really deserves her own show, what a star!
