In this video I remove the bad engine and install the engine from the donor. Bad ideas are often taken out of videos by the magic of editing however I left my bad idea in this one to sho how not to do it. #canamspyder
Really learned a lot from your videos (kudos for your patience!), but the main thing that I've learnt is that I am NEVER going to swap out a Spyder engine 😂😂
That looked like no easy task. An old trick for two wheels is to lay the bike on it's side and drop the motor in. Wow, to watch you wrestle that just made my back hurt.
Hey buddy, I am rooting for you, can’t wait to see you fire it up. It has been interesting to watch you replace the engine on your Spyder. I know I would never have tried it myself. Best of luck 🤞 😀
Thank you! I really love doing this sort of thing. I'm happy to bring you along on the journey. The current snow storm here is going to hinder the progress on firing it up, but I'm chomping at the bit to see it run myself.
Glad you liked it! The Y-DER Truck played a silent role in this one too. I used the trailer hitch on the other side of the canopy to ratchet strap the engine into place.
@@Y-DER 😁... Being "First" is sort of a "thing" on YT amongst certain folks... almost like a game .... Just a fun little thing 🤗🤷♀️. Of course you and your wife actually watched it privately first...I do that too on my own uploads to make sure I didn't do something dumb in my editing 😂... which I have sometimes lol 😅
@@PurpleOnThree I was an associate producer on a movie that we uploaded to Prime Video and a technical glitch with DropBox excluded a drone shot and replaced it with 5 seconds of an orange screen saying "Missing Video File". I will never do that again... The "First" game sounds like a fun one. I will give it a shot.
