Can I Just Say... 

Okay so I've been following your music since I was 10 & I'm now 14 & I can truly say your music has changed my life. When I was 4 I started singing & when I was 5 I got involved in this kids choir at my church & the moment I stepped on stage my life changed. I loved the adrenaline I got from standing up there & seeing people praise God with all of their hearts & I remember God telling me "Zoe you're going to be a singer". I got so excited I started writing my own songs at the age of 5 (dang that was a while ago 😅) but then fear kicked in when I was 6 & I shut down I became depressed & I ignored what God had told me. I told myself I don't have "star quality" but God doesn't call the qualified He qualifies the called, so I said I'm gonna be a horse rider, dancer, ice skater & I tried avoiding music at all costs & when I got into 2 grade I fell in love with hip hop. I remember accidentally bumping into this kid while I was beat boxing & he looked at me funny then ran away XD when I look back at it now I just laugh cuz he thought I was out of my mind. (This is so long I'm sorry lol) 3rd-5th grade I was bullied by all the boys. I have 4 brothers so I was semi used to it, but it still bothered me. I grew up a tomboy (still am lol) I loved things boys did like play in the mud, wrestling, going on hikes & they have cooler clothes XD So whenever I talked about things I liked the boys would be like "girls aren't supposed to do that " & my friends would say stuff like "that's so gross & weird" & it hurt to hear that from other people, I was just (and still am) different. So 6th grade rolls around & I remember God saying "alright Zoe time to step out & do what I told you" but what did your girl do? Ignored it. I became even more depressed & found out I had bipolar 2 & a panic disorder. It was scary. I was only 11! I was already listening to your music , but I ignored the message that was in it & I didnt want anything to do with singing! Then 7th grade pops up & I started playing the guitar & singing. I was always singing songs from your album "Forever After" & I started listening to artists like Flame, KB, Canon, Thi'sl...ect & I just loved it! My youth group had a fall retreat called "Dream Maker" & that seriously changed me. God told me that I am gonna be a singer no matter what & I held on to that. I became really good playing guitar & my voice was growing & I was growing mentally & spiritually & life was great. Then I started getting bullied by my Sunday school teacher. He would make rude remarks about what I was wearing that day or he would call me names like brat & mrs. Know it all. Even my friends noticed but we didn't tell anyone. He called us all "bad missionaries" just bc we have never had a chance to share the gospel with anyone. (This is probably one of the biggest comments you've probably ever had XD) 8th grade came, it was a blast! The teachers were understanding & didn't make me do things I didn't feel comfortable doing & I started receiving dreams & visions from God. The first dream I had was interesting & scary almost. I was in this canon in the middle of the night & when I looked up in the sky I could see the moon & all of the constalations, it was beautiful. Then I looked down & to my right a stone platform appeared & it had a burning bush on it. The bush wasn't like burning it was just on fire like that one bible verse (I can't remember where) it was about Moses I think & the bush that represented God I think idk ANYWAY the bush was burning & I noticed the stone platform had wringing all over it. I didn't know what language it was in but it looked like Greek. Then these to men appeared; one was dressed in all white & he was glowing! It almost hurt to look at him, & the other was dressed in black & red & he had a headdress on that was made of 2 huge horns & he had a staff that was a king cobra snake type of thing & they were having a verbal argument, then I woke up confused , & to this day I still don't know what it means. The second dream I had I was going to California! (Yeet lol) I was 15 in the dream & it was 12:00 at night & I was packing to leave. I remember seeing my mom crying & my dad asking me all of these questions like "do you have what you need?" & stuff like that. I remember I was just balling my eyes out cuz I was afraid & I didn't know what to expect. I remember getting in the car & my dad driving me to the airport & we were just crying on our way there. I get there, say goodbye, hop on the plane & im off. I feel asleep on the plane but when I woke up, it was so sunny there & there were Palm trees & it was beautiful! You're probably wondering why California? Why not Florida? Well my church does this thing every year called "Fine Arts" & nationals next year will be in California & I'll be 15...!!! Just like in my dream! Coincidence? No, God's timing. I was shook when I found out I remember just thanking God so much for that dream! It's a $1500 dollar trip & im praying that I'll be able to raise that amount in time. & on Wednesday I was singing &... My voice finally broke!! So now I can fully sing without always having trouble hitting notes! I was so happy! (Still am lol) but I just wanted to saying through those years your music has inspired me & I've seen you grow so much & it just shows that God is real He is moving & you're just living proof that anything is possible ♡ & I have fully accepted that fact that hey I'm different & thats cool! I wasn't made to fit in to a specific group, I am my own group :) & I wish I didn't waste my time getting worried about what people thought of me or letting fear control me. My journey is just beginning & I can't wait to see where God takes me in the future. I have a whole church that's supportive & understanding. & God also told me im gonna be a dancer as well!! So that's exciting, but yeah thank you for making music that I can now relate too & I can't wait to see where God takes you in the future.♡ Love Zoe PS IM SORRY THIS IS SO LONGGGBGG AHA I SHOULD GO NOW XD
