Please call MOHRE toll free dear Haritha…they will provide you a solution… in your resignation have you clearly stated the reason for resigning and notified them one month to work…in that case they cant demand you to provide one month salary back as they asked you to stop working…please put things together and call Mohre .

You can mention that you are forced to continuously work without holiday as well, as you mentioned that it’s the case.hence if they can action…if not you can call mohre and ask for support and guidance…make sure you rightly put your grievance across to the management , HR . Six months probation is mentioned in contract I gather.

If you give notice, then they should accept …you are long years… hope they are giving you salary …any reason why they are not acknowledging the notice letter…if it cannot be resolved , maybe you will have to seek the support of Mohre .

Ippol contracts ellam limited aanu…oru pakshe athu changing process aayirikkum… because law Feb 2022 yil aanallo vannathu…As per new law, yes one month notice period undu if you are joining other company in uae. Follow the rules, compensation requirements, proper notice Angane ellam…unlimited contracts limited contract aakkan one year samayaparithi undu…but always check with mohre for clearing any of your doubts 80060…Enikku thonnunnu last time itjil vilichappol change of number avar paranju, just follow and talk to representative to clear your doubts.

Six months finished, ok. Yes can resign. You need to serve the notice period, if not serving you are obliged to pay the amount for the notice time.

Madam ആറു മാസത്തെ നോട്ടീസ് പീരിയഡ് കഴിഞ്ഞു എംപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് വിസ ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്തു നാട്ടിൽ പോകാൻ പറ്റുമോ.. അഥവാ ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കമ്പനിക്ക് വിസ ചിലവ് 3500 dhm കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വരുമോ???? കൊടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ കമ്പനി ക്യാൻസൽ അടിച്ചു തരുന്നില്ല.. അപ്പോൾ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്

Naattil povan pattum after completing your probation and if you want to return home for reasons that you don’t want to proceed in the company , but notice serve cheyyanam…during probation if we terminate there’s compensation applied, however even after, if they say , please check contract as well and please call Mohre for guidance.

Yes can serve notice if it’s mentioned in your contract.and can resign without notice if that’s how in contract. However as in school, not sure if you have any obligations mentioned in contract like completion of a term or so. Hope the HR accepted your resignation. And as well give you gratuity as you have completed more than one year of service. As you are in husbands visa, presume there would be no legal issues. (Note i am doing the video based on research and my experience and not a legal expert, the above reply is also based on my general overview ) wishing you all the best for your new venture.

You can serve notice for termination of contract anytime with set period , however during the probation period , it may incur to repay visa and other associated expenses born by the company… some companies you may come to a mutual agreement upon discussion as well.

Hi mam, I have concern regarding the probation period. Due to some emergency reason I have taken 14 days emergency leave in the probation period. Now my six month probation going to complete in the 27/03/23.can I resign after that or else I need to serve extra 14 days which I have taken during emergency period.

There’s nothing like emergency leave that Is contractually bound..it’s a mutual understanding between both parties is what I understood from my research… so I presume you need to complete that period as well to successfully finish the probation. Please check with hr / line manager if you want to clarify on the successful completion of probation period.

Domestic help aanu ennanu thonnunnathu, different law aanu as they are with family help…athano soochippikkunne…didn’t get you… But drivers normal pedunnathu aanu Ente arivu…if you finish probation , contract prakaram ulla obligations notice period nalkuka…check also your contract for termination rights. When you resign from the company, you need to provide notice and get acknowledgment of receiving your notice. If you are in probation as per how your contract terms, the reimbursement of payment for cost of recruitment etc all are to be paid by the second employer or as mutually agreed by you and your company. Hope it helps. Do check the other video, I have mentioned this.

14 days notice I have mevyoned is by the company if they terminate… kindly listen once more as under probation notice period obligation is mentioned for the employer as well as for employee. Probation period compensation charges applicable alsi if you move yo other company within uae or return back from home within three months to join another . Kindly check within your contract as well. I don’t know the reason why you are intending to resign…but if you can adjust for the probation period, I would suggest after is better. If you want to move to any other organization you can do it anyway.

hy madam... മേഡം ഞാൻ uae ൽ തുടർച്ചയായി 2വർഷവും 10 വർഷവുമായി ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരുന്നു. ഈ അടുത്തായി എനിക്ക് വേറൊരു കമ്പനിയിൽ നല്ലൊരു ജോലി ലഭിച്ചു.... ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ നിന്നും cancel ചോദിച്ചു 18 ദിവസം മുൻപ് ഞാൻ resign എഴുതി കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു..... എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ cancel തരുന്നില്ല ഒരുപാട് ക്യാഷ് വേണമെന്ന് പറയുന്നു ഞാൻ ചെയ്യും ചെയ്യണം എവിടെ പോയി complaint ചെയ്യും.... എനിക്ക് രണ്ട് വർഷത്തെ settlement തുകയും ലഭിക്കാനുണ്ട് pls rply

Contract onnu vayichu nokkiyal, termination obligations manassilakkam…freezone ennu parayumbol Enikku ariyilla, if it’s a separate governed labor law…not sure… according to the uae labor law obligations, theerchayayum resign cheyyam, probation period okke kazhinjallo., serve notice period as well. Yes always emergency leave is seek from the employer as how permitted anytime due to humanitarian concerns. It could be unpaid as agreed upon. I haven’t seen any specific provision however if any unfortunate death happens in first family members it is under law to provide compassionate leave. I mentioned in the first video, kindly check
