Aug 7, 2021 This is the second day of the TN B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak State Tournament on Chickamauga Lake. I finished the first day in 7th of 77 and try to stay in the top 10 but start out really slow.

Amen! And who knows? While you're out fishin' like that, God just might send you to somebody, or send somebody to you, so that you can witness to them, about Jesus Christ and His saving grace, and they could end up becoming a Christian through your testimony! You don't have to be in a Church, to win souls for Jesus Christ! Just let the Holy Spirit guide you, and follow Jesus Christ, day to day, the best that you know how!

On a sunday morning before church the preacher was out for a walk. He seen one of his church members loading up his boat. The preacher ask him if he knew where people who fished on Sunday went? The church told him yes he did. But he wasn't telling him, it got crowded enough as it was. Great video John! Glad to see a youtuber who is sticking to his roots and not trying out to make comedy team video.

A word of advice, in tournament fishing always try the spots you've caught fish. Move to new locations as a last resort.

You did good, you caught fish, in the top ten, not in last, you did better than most of the other fisherman, you acknowledged God and had church on the water with us i think that's very awesome, you had odds against you, you started off at a different spot, broke the propeller, most of all brother i could tell you were tiered and that had to be to your disadvantage, I'm sure you were excited the first night and probably made you tiered the next morning, I definitely think you should fish another tournament in the future, push yourself and learn from past exspirance right!, best part is you can now go back doing what it is you like doing best walking in the creek , im happy for you

Congrats on the top 10! That's an awesome result and you earned it. Fishing confident works and now just adding those pieces to get you that "kicker" fish is just trying new things in your Explorishing and putting together something else you have confidence in. Of course sometimes, downsizing is the perfect approach. You get really clear water and really pressured fish and the often won't hit big "bass" baits. Going small and natural will get them in those instances. Nothing you don't know already though, right? lol

GREAT JOB! I would be happy...( which I'm sure you are)..just to qualify for one of these tourneys..what a privilege it is to possibly win money for doing something that you LOVE to do! Me...I just LOVE FISHING!! ANY KIND AND ANYWHERE...although I don't get the opportunities that I'm sure you and others may get...and I KNOW there is sacrifices involved with that...I still just take advantage of the opportunities afforded me..and I would also like to thank you for sharing your passion and taking the time to video these fishing adventures to many places I may never even see..cause I watch...or at least TRY to watch all your videos cause they entertain me and I want to personally thank you for taking your time to share...I would LOVE to be able to hook up with you and try and catch a nice smallie some time...that's on my bucket list...but until then..keep on keepin' on!
