Can Kerrigan beat an Odin? 

I don't know what I expected for the Odin v Kerrigan, but it definitely wasn't that lmao.

Went exactly as I expected... I remember seeing my Jackson's Revenge getting oneshotted by Kerrigan's ability and my sheer dumbfounded reaction...

When I read the title I thought "Wait. Are heroic units immune to Implosion or what ?" Turns out they aren't and the battle went as I expected...

Tychus: "It followed me home..." Kerrigan: "No."

I remember getting QoB Kerrigan as hero in the HoTS Random custom campaign. I did the exact same thing when Mengsk sent the Odin to the Hyperion. Ooh, so satisfying.

4/5 I guess blink micro finally works out in a group that big. I expected her spell resistance and massive HP pool to play a bigger role.

Could you do more Co-op units? Devourers, Leviathans, Dark Archons would be cool.

Would love to see more units from the campaign like Dragoons or Dark Archons

Honestly that blink micro is actually really thematic for the stalkers: endless waves marching out of the void and never (rarely) really dying when you shoot them.

4/4 That was false advertising on Kerrigan. It did not list her having Implosion as a skill.

Round 1: Marine. Numbers will beat Paperliaths unless they have their range upgrades. Round 2: Odin. Unless Kerrigan has her lift ability, she won't be able to kill Odin before he nukes her into submission. Round 3: Spectre. Brutalisks attacks are super slow, so you'd have to put very few spectres to lose this fight, especially considered they can use Mind Blast. (Or Psionic Lash, I don't remember the abilities name.) Round 4: Diamondbacks. They are meant to hunt down TANKS, so Goliaths should be a piece of cake. Also Diamondbacks move faster, allowing them to get to the sides faster. Round 5: Marauders. Even with perfect micro stalkers shouldn't be able to out-DPS Marauders with Stim.

The stalker one feels like such a fine line on having enough units to cycle through with blink micro. If marauders had their marine buddies on the front line both doubling the amount of units able to fire and having that tanky line of light units stalkers really fall off :(

Perfect micro with stalkers, bronze league micro with marauders/marines. It would be enough to stim and stutter-step chase the stalkers, they'd have no chance. For the same reason Goliaths seemed to have a shot against marines while it microed properly marines would completely obliterate them. Also spectres needed a bit of focus fire to win.

No, she cannot lmao. Unless her insta-kill lift ability works on the Odin.

I just got the achievement to kill the Brutalisk without losing any units a few days ago. It was hard as hell and took quite a few tries, especially since I was going mech that run and had zero armory upgrades to my bio.

4/5 I thought the marauders would eventually get the stalkers. Im tempted to do 3/5 though since I did not see the kerrigan 1 shot coming

4/5 I thought Marauders would win but I forget that with absolutely perfect micro Stalkers are broken. But there is no Protoss player on this Earth that can micro Stalkers like that so, I don't really want to count that Stalker win ...

Marines vs. Goliaths: I was kind of unsure but had a hunch the marines would hold out, which they did. Kerrigan vs. Odin: I knew Kerrigan would absolutely wreck. I didn't expect the one-shot but then I remembered she has an ability (at least in WoL) called "implosion". It basically deletes any single mech unit and the Odin definitely applies. Spectres Vs. Brutalisks: I really thought the spectres would take this one with their psionic lash ability. It didn't work out but it was close. Only 2 brutalisks survived and both didn't have much hp left. Goliaths vs. Diamondbacks: Yeah I figured the diamondbacks would take them out. Since they can fire while moving with even a little micro it would've been even more one-sided. Stalkers vs. Marauders: I really thought the marauders would win, especially with concussive shells. The blinks is what did them in and I wonder if any micro could've saved them. So, 3/5 for me this time.

i like how no heroes show up on any level with final boss murder kerrigan so her instakill attack has no heroic restriction

The reason the marauders got so trashed was because of the AI's impossibly good blink micro. Let's say 5 marauders shoot at a stalker. The first hit lands, the stalker blinks back, the other 4 shots do NOTHING. That's so much wasted DPS. And by the time that stalker has come back to the front lines, blink is back up, so he gets hit a single time, immediately blinks back, and maybe the other 2-5 shots that were coming toward him miss again. If you put a professional player in charge of those stalkers, and another pro in charge of the marauders, 9 times out of 10 the marauders would crush the stalkers.

Holy blink micro. I went 4-1, this was an easier round than normal, but I thought the marauder/stalker would go in the complete opposite direction.

I got a 5/5, but only because I saw GiantGrantGame's HOTS Real Scale playthrough where implosion 1-shot the Odin.

Hah, saw that coming! Kerrigan: "Was there ever a doubt?" ... SPOILER: ... ... ... The ability is called "Implode", and it one-hit-kills any Mechanical unit. I gave it to the Overmind in my "Operation: Brainstorm" Co-op mission back when there was a competition (the one where Part & Parcel won). I'm surprised the Stalkers beat the Marauders, but that's the power of Blink micro.
