great vid. I got a 650 v star and have had no problems cruising. Put 19780km and still going in my first year. Sep 2nd will be my 1st year. i've had my 650 doing 140/142kmph. has just under 80 thousand and bought it at 59385. Love the v stars
Did you notice a big difference after you had it flashed by Ivan? I want to do the air intake and the flash at the same time. Thanks for watching! Cheers!
@@vadereighty-eight6612 yes I did from response, power, rev limiter is higher and the motor runs cooler it is well worth it my friend. Look at his website run what ever he has on the best dyno charts. Me I ran stock airbox with highflo filter drilled out in the back with a cobra slip on and it screams
@@vadereighty-eight6612 great bike wish it was still made honestly its 1 of the most under rated cruiser/tourer bikes and best thing motors are cheap if you ever need 1 and I highly doubt you ever will its a rock solid bike.
@@vadereighty-eight6612 make a in depth review on the bike I have always wondered about the speakers and the touch screen or GPS, I have the tourer with a windshield but always wanted that fairing
I have a 2013 vstar 1300 now and love it. But a shadow 750 can ride on the highway. My first bike was a shadow 750 and I daily rode it about a hundred miles a day 95% of it was on the highway with a 75mph speed limit and i always ride farser than that lol. I even went on a 3 thousand mile ride with my shadow 750. Never had any issues with my shadow and I rode that thing very hard everyday.
I like the video and know that stretch well. I ride my V Star 1300 Tourer on the 401 from Bell River to Ojibway Parkway back and forth to work. The assorted tunnels are great.
It holds up for the most part, but some fork deflectors would do wonders for buffetting I imagine. I installed the shorter windshield over the winter while it's been in storage, so we'll see how the dynamic changes with that as well. I intend on making a few videos as the season starts to get back into the swing of things. lol. Thanks for watching!
it doesn't, which I thought was kind of silly. but I average about 240-260 km's on a tank of gas before the fuel light comes on. from there (my estimate only), you probably have about 50-60km's to find a gas station from there. lol.
