Bricks >>> every other melee Haven't even started watching and I know this is going to be another certified epiccakes banger Edit: bruh dragging people into molotov fire is the most sadistic thing I have ever seen in this game, I love it.
Where were the bricks? The bottles? The pallets? Ellie mentions in the second episode that she can't swim ... and then it *never* is brought up again. I understood that it was a show, not a game, so they wouldn't have all the game puzzles where you have to figure out how to get Ellie across some water, but I thought they'd have at least *one* callback to her not being able to swim. But nope, nothing. If you never played the game and only watched the show, by the end of the season you probably forgot that Ellie can't swim.
You have now officially become my favourite RU-vidr. You’re dedicated, funny and versatile in the challenges and games you play. Keep up the great content ❤
Oh my gosh can't get over how entertaining your videos are!!! Absolutely love watching your content and especially tlou and I'm legitimately glued to watching it. Would love to see you do a challenge for left behind, the dlc, that would be awesome. Underrated for sure and you definitely deserve a million plus subs, just waiting for that day to eventually happen🤩🤩
Thanks so much I'm glad you enjoy my videos! :) I've thought about doing something for left behind, but it would probably be included in a challenge with the rest of the first game since there isn't a ton of gameplay in the dlc.
@@epiccakesgaming Ahh that's true. Well whatever it be can't wait to see more tlou content!! Specifically part 1 because I'm yet to buy the second part. Got 1 major spoiler, now I don't want to play it. But how much would you give the second part out of 10?
Love ur content, u definitely deserve more views! The effort u put JUST for this video is insane, considering that tlou takes hours to finish and having that skill to literally finish the game with just throwables is impressing.
Naughty Dog obviously should have considered that hanging upside down and shooting people is cool and all but it would be even cooler to be hanging upside down hurling bricks with pinpoint accuracy.
Idea, what if you try the seraphite run. So basically you cant use old world items (take that how you want) so basically use the rules a saraphite soldier would have idk if this is a thing but sounded cool in my head
The first time I played this game I thought bricks and bottles were only useful for distracting enemies, or luring Infected into one spot so I could throw a nail bomb/molotov at them. It was a long time before I realized (completely by accident) that if you throw one at an enemy and then hit them with a melee weapon it is a one-hit kill. This helped me out so much when I was low on ammo and had to deal with Clickers.
There's an Irish comedy from the 90s called Father Ted, in 1 episode the alcoholic Priest gets a brick as a pet and shouts "I love my brick!" and now any game that has bricks as a weapon I always shout it and now my neighbours think I'm more mental than I actually am 🧱
Love these challenges and the unique ways you handle them. Could you try beating the last of us with no healing. No medkits or the bandages you find throughout the run.
Amazing video, playing a game with restrictions is actually the best way to learn new strats, forces you to really think outside the box. Edited because hindsight lol
You can skip the hotel bloater, basically take the card before starting the generator and then run to the exit door after you turned the generator on, you can skip the dorm bloater and clickers too by distracting them with a brick to the other side then open the exit door (You can skip every bloater except the one in bills town)
15:42 “I killed them all-” I found this so funny for no reason. I also love all the little edits you make. Weewoo Patrick and Mickey got me messed up.. I JUST SAW THE SURGEON SIMULATOR THING WHILE TYPING BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Hey just wanted to let you know that you can skip the pittsburgh basment bloater if you memorize the path to the door and sprint to it after you activated the generator. This means you dont have to use any supplies apart from a brick if a clicker attacks you on the path to the door.
Good strategy! I usually do that and avoid the basement bloater (and most of the other ones in the game), but decided to kill them all to make the challenge harder.
hey dude! thanks for all the last of us videos, your videos always make me smile, Also try beating the game with mods, i bet thats gonna be really easy!
Lol exactly. I tried to find a good balance for this one with the rules bc this easily could’ve been close to a pacifist run, but I wanted to make it more fun
Also tip for killing bloaters let the Molotov go all the way through and THEN throw another one cause I can kill bloaters with 2 Molotovs (although I do play on the remaster not the Part I)
Im always scared and I love brick ammo ahahha.didnt know that clickers would eat runners always learning . I thin k because it have some errors I think the first zombies when u decide if u kill the man that doesn want to transform e tried to pass by in the cave but when I was upstairs the zombie at 1:56 followed me I dont know how sorry if my english is not ok ok I´m portuguese
Thank you! I have an idea for a Ragnarok challenge, but it's mostly a matter of when I have time to get around to it. I loved that game so in the future that's one I want to do! :)
@@theonator5847 live streaming isn’t really my thing, but I might tweet about it @EpicCakesGaming if you wanna follow there for my thoughts! Definitely excited for the event, hoping for Factions news and would love to see a big Playstation IP get a new game announcement.
