Regarding the wrecking crew stage: The reason you can't get a star KO probably has to do with the fact that the normal hazards-on version of the stage has the whole gimmick of the building falling down, which takes up a pretty large chunk of the background. As for custom stage backgrounds, they're just still 2D images. Obviously the final destination background doesn't animate, but the flags in the arena background don't move, as an example.

@@k-leb4671 if you havent vot to part 4 or just dont watch jojo, this wont make sense. killer queen is the stand of a villan. stands are basically physical manifestions of your spirit and they reflect you as a person. killer queen is a stand whos main ability is to turn anything into a bomb the thing he placed the bomb on wont take damage but the people surronding it will or he can place a bomb on a person and blow them up.

Hey I recently found a random smash fact! In the Master Hands fight, when he throws the spike boulders at you, you're able to pick them up and throw them! When my friend did it, they were invincible from respawn intangibility. I don't know how easy it is to do it without it. I have video proof of you need it too! The custom stage backgrounds are technically not the exact same as what they're based on. Since they're just jpegs of those stage backgrounds. I'm sure that you can't get a star KO on wrecking crew because it carries over that data from its original form (not Omega or BF) And it would make sense that its disabled there because most of the stage is covered up by the wall behind the players. So you would not be able to see the Star KO clearly. And Moray Towers possibly because you clip through the buildings? Also, about items going through portals, I tested some things and I only found that Link's bomb, Diddy's banana peel, Wario's bike, and Villager's tree stick item go through portals. As well as pretty much every normal item that randomly spawns.

1:05 That happens because the run animation has Villager actually moving, and the Lloid rocket stays where he would be in his T-Pose in the animation. Basically, the rocket begins under Villager as he starts the animation, but as Villager moves on to each frame he moves further away from the rocket. Once the animation is looped, because it's a run animation, Villager returns to the rocket.

You know what I really want to know? When Ganon's final smash decides to freeze the opponent with the swords so that Ganon can charge into them, and when it decides not to do that and let the swords spike the opponent. The FS almost always seems to spike if the opponent is hovering over a pit which is cool.

For the bit about custom stage backgrounds, they aren't actually the same BG, so the Star KO thing makes sense. The stage backgrounds are usually fully modeled, while the custom stage backgrounds are actually pre-rendered - they're a picture of the background from the regular stage, not the actual background.

1:10 a semi accurate explanation Now I haven’t seen villagers animations but, Smash bros run animations aren’t in place, which means the characters are actually moving from the starting point, the the ending point. If, for example, you were walking in place or against a wall without collision (or more relevantly the lloid) the origin of villager moves away from villager so that he’s at the same spot. TL;DR: villager is moving from left to right in animation, he in one spot, origin moves away from villager and so does lloid

3:59 I believe the actual wrecking crew background is full 3-d rendered while the stage-builder one is just an image taken of it to save on resources. Notice how in stage builder, the background doesn't move, while the wrecking crew one has a slight parallax effect. I believe this is true for a few stage backgrounds.

Characters have different times for them to shield break. I tested using the Fighters Pass characters, and these were my numbers, not including the 1 frame of starting lag. I ran out of time to extrapolate to the other fighters and I don’t have piranha plant. Numbers are from when the shield goes up to the first frame of the shield jump. Joker: 324 frames Hero: 332 frames Banjo-Kazooie: 323 frames Terry: 332 frames Byleth: 335 frames

I’m not sure if this glitch is still around due to its nature (and I’ve known of it for some time), but my friend had a glitch where the game froze when he landed Ridley’s Down B at the same time as an amiibo’s Final Smash. (My guess is that it’d also work with any two times where the screen zooms into something, like Hero’s Crit or DK’s Giant Punch, and that it’s a frame perfect matter.) It would be interesting to see you explore the concept though.

I think I got some facts 1) you're able to break out of shield breaks at higher percents 2) u can get ur shield broken even if ur invincible ( star for example)

This is just something random I realized, but in a squad strike if Kirby copies his opponent's ability and the opponent then dies ,causing them to switch to another fighter, Kirby loses the ability....but If Kirby copies one of pokemon trainers abilities and pokemon trainer switches pokemon, Kirby doesn't lose the ability....random but I thought I'd point it out

I'm not sure if this has been pointed out yet, but with zero suit samus in a team match, you can footstool your teammate without team attack turned on with down special.

There is a tip that says that items can go through the portals. That's how I learned it. I really do wish all types of projectiles could go through the portals. It would make for a lot more amazing combo potential! XD

About Palutena guidance, Codex and co. : -when morph stage is on, the stage change will wait until the end of the taunt or guidance. -it cannot occur in classic mode or spirit battle simply because there isn't any battle with the right characters and stage. Besides... I'm a hero main.

the reason why you can get star KOs in the wrecking crew background for custom stages might be because those backgrounds are just images of the backgrounds, while the actual stages have modelled and animated backgrounds.

I think I found something. In a tag team squad strike, if you have ice climbers and use their final smash, then die, the fog effects will remain. I had this on warioware, but i don't know if other stages have this too.

Hey not sure if you've covered this but a random thing i noticed recently is that, while normally Ryu, Ken, and Terry don't lock into facing opponents in free for all matches, they WILL face the opponent in 2v1 matches, and I'd assume any other number of teammates so long as there's only 1 opponent on the opposing team.

If k rool uses downb on Thwack, hero will be hit by a counter hit box instead of the reflected thwack. This does not happen for other projectiles (Yes thwack is a projectile), and is evidenced by the fact that hero is killed off the blast zone instead of by thwack at high percent.

Not sure if anyone has pointed this out. If you use ice climbers final smash in squad smash then die before it finishes, the ice mist effect will stay there. But you must have another character to use after ice climbers. It also ONLY works in squad smash.

Sometimes on Smashville or Town and City, I don't know if its random, but when you take a stock from someone,the villagers in the background get angry and scared.

The reason why kirby’s monado arts are weaker is because from a lore perspective, Shulk is the true heir to the monado, meaning only he can bring out the true power or the sword. That’s my reasoning on why kirby’s monado arts are worse than shulk’s.
